While setting it up when entering the pairing mode it does NOT scan at ALL I’ve tried numerous times a thousand different ways. A complete waste of money and very upset I ever looked this products way.

Just a heads-up—there is a subscription fee, but it’s only $29 for the whole year, so it’s not bad at all. It’s way cheaper than a Ring and does everything I need. I get motion alerts on my phone, and it records videos. Plus, I can talk to people and hear them clearly through it. Setting it up was super easy—I had the system, account, and doorbell ready to go in about 15 minutes. Wow! This is so much bang for your buck! I originally ordered the ring camera but it was going to take 2 weeks to get to me...so I cancelled my order and went with this one that was only a fraction of the cost. The camera is malfunctioning and frequently loses signal. When attempting to contact customer support for assistance, their response takes over five business days and consists of scripted replies straight from their website. AVOID and spend your money on a camera that actually works!

I honestly wast expecting what a great video doorbell this turned out to be! Video is great the sound is clear. It did take me a few tries to get it connected but I got it. Worth the money I’m very happy with my decision
