Super easy to assemble. Lots of cushion make it very comfortable. The reclining feature will put you right to sleep. The base and wheels are well built (metal and hard rubber, not plastic) The lumbar support is a nice feature when needed. FYI, for reference, I'm 6'1/300lbs and the height and width of this chair are perfect. I would definitely recommend this chair. You pay for what you get, and it is worth every penny. Only drawback, the arm rests are not adjustable. They also sent an extra set of "replacement" wheels but they are the common plastic ones. ... show more

Nice looking office chair. I was able to assemble it by myself. It was well packaged. The color was described as beige but it’s definitely more ivory / cream color. The chair is very heavy and it came with two sets of wheels . Shorter versions and taller ones made in a soft material. The bottom cushion was comfortable at first but after a while the rear portion lost some of its comfort. The manufacturer could have made that area a bit thicker. Since it’s a bonded leather like material I hope it doesn’t start peeling like a previous chair I had after a year or so. Crossing my fingers this one will last a bit longer than the previous one. I bought this office chair three months ago, because I need one when I WFH. I was attracted by its property dimensions, thick body and movable feature, so that I can take a snap when sitting on it. The delivery was on time. The box was heavy; I moved it up to our bedroom on the second floor with my partner. The package has all the components and installation tool. The installation is easy, but it is recommended that the installation guide should be carefully read first and then followed; otherwise, the chair may not be well balanced in the horizontal level when you sit there, and you have to loose and adjust some screws. The wheels were installed, so the chair can smoothly move on the carpet and doesn't get stuck. Some parts of the chair swell when they are filled with the adjustable amount of air; I like this because I feel comfortable and soft when sit on it for work or taking a snap. I use it for several months, and the chair is not worn out and discolored. Sometimes my kids sit on it and let me rotate the chair for fun. Generally speaking, I am satisfied with this item. If I move to somewhere else in the future, I will bring it with me. ... show more

The chair is very comfortable. But after using it for quite some time, I’ve noticed that the cylinder that hold the chair doesn’t stay so you’ll fall down if you have the chair all the way up. The wheels that come with the glide very easily, but don’t move quite as well

I don't normally rush to write reviews right away, but I needed to get this down before I drift again. I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 370. My old office chair was specifically marketed to heavier persons such as myself. It served a need at the time, but looking back I must honestly confess that it was moderately comfortable at best. It also hasn't been very durable as it has been slowly falling apart after 2 years of use. I needed a new chair, and pronto! Putting on my best internet sleuthing cap, I spent some time researching high back chairs that would support my head and neck. 6'2" always seems to be right at that cusp of being too tall for manufacturers to consider accommodating. I initially found a chair that would have gone well above my head for support, but it was over 1000 dollars. While I can sometimes justify expenses like that for long-term comfort or utility, I couldn't afford this particular model at this point in my life. Finding my inner resolve, I set a budget and searched in the mid-200 tier and eventually settled on this model. A large box arrived on my porch this afternoon. Eagerly, I opened the box and removed all the parts. It was a relatively painless process putting it together and everything was machined perfectly. After I rolled it into my home office, I sat down, leaned back, and the next thing I know it was about 20 minutes later as I woke myself up with loud snoring. I normally can't fall asleep without my CPAP on. Granted I was a little tired, but this chair practically knocked me out in 2 seconds flat. A little later, I came back into my room and sat down to test it out again. Almost upon leaning back I felt myself falling out of consciousness again. Sweating profusely and pulling myself from the brink of the abyss, I sat upright getting my bearings. As I regained a foothold back in reality, I found myself pondering the high levels of witchcraft and dark sorcery that this company has put into the creation of this office chair, and this brought me to my central dilemma. I'm supposed to sit in this chair for work. Will this destroy my productivity? And if so, will I be awake enough to really even care? Should I consider a return or exchange? Nay! I believe the chair and I have spirit bonded. Any attempt at removal may irreparably harm my psyche. I type this review as I sit in the chair of extreme comfort, fighting the shadowy dark call of slumber that creeps over me. I wanted to write some punchy ending, letting you know all is well in my world. But it shall not be, for my world descends int...o... darkzzzzzzzzz......................... ... show more
