The smell is so horrible, even opening the windows won't get rid of it, and we all get headaches. I thought it would burn off after a couple uses but it is not working. I've even left it on for 30-40 minutes at a time. Unfortunately I'm past my return window and I wish I had returned it right away. Was great til it wasn’t. It’s only been a little over a month and the skinny heating element won’t heat up past 125. UPDATE: it was difficult for me to find the exact heating element I needed to replace the one that had gone bad, especially because it is a female plug. I ended up reaching out to their customer service via email, and they sent out a new press asap! This company definitely stands by their product and has amazing customer service! ... show more
