This set is amazing! We have had it for more than a year and it's holding up well. It goes so perfectly with my daughter's retro kitchen. These pieces get fairly constant play. You can tell the thought put into this set with all the double sided items. It really has that diner feel. The menu is a great touch. I got this for my son who's almost 4 to play with in addition to his play kitchen. We have enjoyed taking turns being the customer, server and the cook. It's very well made, good quality. Unfortunately, some of the wooden food pieces were really stuck together, and when we pulled them apart, little pieces of paint chipped off. It's very minor, and my son didn't even notice, so it's fine. I only wish the money was made of plastic like the menu and inserts. The money is made of paper, so we'll see how long it lasts. This is the typical Melissa and Doug product. It is well thought out to maximize a chills imagination. Our kids love it. It includes everything to allow the kids to grow their imagination by playing restaurant, complete with a menu. The coffee pot, menu, apron, and cups are good quality, but the little wooden food pieces look really weird and are barely identifiable. There's also only half the number of food items pictured because they are double sided.
