  • Awesome buy!
There’s lots of learning possibilities with this basket of goodies. The pieces come apart so it’s a good motor skills toy, they can learn colors, names of the food-all kinds of learning! I got this for my 4 year old nephew and he played with it, his 18 month old brother did, and his 8 year old cousin did also that day! I highly recommend it! ... show more

  • My son loves these
It's his favorite toy, and that's saying a lot because he got a lot for his birthday. They are very well made too, all the veggies and fruits. And there are some fun ones that can be peeled. I love to play with him using these, highly recommended!

  • 1 year old loves these!
I bought these for my daughter who was about 9 months at the time of purchase. In a couple months she was able to take each fruit and rip it apart with the velcro. She absolutely loves doing it and it’s a great time consuming activity for us to do together. Every time I pass her a fruit and she rips it open , I go “yay!!” and she smiles and gets so happy. This a toy that will grow with us too because eventually I will get her a play kitchen and she can use these as food props! Not to mention as an adult I had a little too much fun cutting them myself. So far the velcro quality has been great and is in tact and the quality overall looks like everything is brand new still after months! I got these for a great price and i’m so glad I did! ... show more

  • Awesome toy for toddlers!
My 19 month old doesn’t seem interested in any toy for more than a few minutes, but he played with this for hours! Days even! My 8 and 10 year old also enjoy playing with it. Vibrant colored food. The Velcro makes that satisfying crunch sound when you cut it my daughter says. I Just wish the clear plastic packing lid was a thicker plastic intended for more permanent use to keep the items from spilling out during storage. It works for now, but it will likely break over time. ... show more

  • Cute
Cute, are easy for kids to use and put together, kids have a fun time, cleanup is easy but sometimes doesn’t fit back in the basket completely.

  • Well worth the money - have bought it three times!
I’ve had this toy for quite awhile now. I bought it for my grandson when he was around 14 month old. I watch him one day a week - and I’ve purchased a lot of toys for him = he has many options. He has pulled this toy out and played with it every single time he’s been at my house (including when he’s here other than on his scheduled weekday). He is now 2 years old (actually, almost 29 months). The only other toy that he has used every day is a little shopping cart (from Target - looks like the actual Target shopping carts). I first bought the toy to start teaching him the names of fruits/vegetables + identify colors. I had to gently put the pieces together in order for him to be able to pull them apart (otherwise, the Velcro was too strong for him). I also would help him use one of the knives to cut the fruit/veggies. At some point, I no longer had to worry about gently putting them back together because he was strong enough to pull them apart on his own. He likes to cut them apart - he has barely ever used the little cutting boards (I have a small foldable tray that he uses to cut them - like one of the trays that can be used in bed). He pretends to eat them after he cuts them. He LOVES “cracking” the egg shell before taking the egg apart. His other favorite pieces are the corn and the banana (they have extra parts to take off). I’ve now purchased this toy THREE times - one for my niece’s daughter (four year old - and loves to use them in her play kitchen) + one for another one year old (she played with it at my house and loved it). My only criticism is the lid. It’s very thin plastic - pretty fragile + there are two small clips that hold it on the basket. I always take the lid off before giving my grandson the basket -otherwise, it seems like it could be cracked/torn fairly easily + the little clips would definitely be lost! I would have paid a few dollars more for a more stable lid (even if it still had those little clips). Some people might just throw the lid out - but I like to keep his toys organized (I’ve purchased way too many!) ... show more
