Installed on my iPad Mini 6th generation. I paid more for my last screen protector (granted, it was a three pack) but the matte finish on this one is nice and the install process was seamless. Included in the kit is everything needed to execute installation, hassle-free. The squeegee it comes with uses a sort-of fabric on the edge of it which is super nice. I had been using credit cards to remove bubbles before. But the adhesive hinges with tick-marks really make the install process fool-proof. The video provided is super short so you may need to pause during installation because it runs through the process very, very fast but it makes the installation a breeze. The texture of the screen-protector is definitely semi-grainy but I really like it. Some other reviews said it is like sand paper— I can see where they are coming from if those users are used to no screen protector or used to using standard glossy screen protectors. However, as someone who uses my iPad for work and personal projects, I think this PaperFeel protector truly does make the use of the Apple Pencil feel like using a pencil on paper. I noticed this especially when using Procreate with the Procreate pencil brush or even in Adobe Fresco with the pixel pencil brush, the protector gives the proper resistance without feeling straining. This is roughly my tenth iPad, been using iPad/iPad pro since the first Apple Pencil was released and this is by far the best screen protector I have found, so far. Do the math— that's at least a dozen screen protector trials and failures. PaperFeel is definitely a premium product at a stellar price-point. I hope it does not scratch super soon like the last ones I had been buying. When I need to get another screen protector for another iPad or for this current one, PaperFeel will be the route I go from now on assuming the scratch-resistance upholds. I just put this screen protector on my iPad mini 6 yesterday. I am in LOVE with it. The texture and look is incredible. It completely reinvents the iPad. Writing on it is great, the feel on your fingertips for just holding or scrolling is equally as awesome. It took me two tries to get it on, as I struggle with applying screen protectors, but the second time I did it, I got it on and it’s perfect. No bubbles. Good tools and instructions to help you get it on. If I got it on perfect, you can. It’s so smooth. I’m obsessed. I probably sound crazy. But I seriously am so impressed and happy about this screen protector. I wish they made this same style for the iPhone 15 Pro, I would’ve bought it YESTERDAY. Can’t recommend this enough. I have used a Remarkable and OnyxBoox and like the e-ink features and feel. This delivers that kind of experience. It really is a pleasure to write on, provides a nice and more tactile experience and feels a lot like e-ink. Reduces glare too. Very nice and I am very pleased, would recommend.

Just installed this and played for a bit, so here are my initial impressions. I use an app called Nebo that converts handwriting into text. I use it extensively and the super smooth glass feels odd. My handwriting on it is not as good as on paper, so I got this to see how it works. So - on to my thoughts: Installation - VERY easy. Do yourself a BIG favor and watch the video, it shows you how to easily install the protector. One thing I missed - I attached the stickers to the top of my screen, not the bottom. The tabs are set up for a bottom installation. This wasn't too difficult to overcome, but would definitely be easier if I'd watched that video a bit more closely. Clean the screen VERY well, including using the dust removal tabs. If it's very clean and you've lined things up like the video shows, you'll have no problem. Glare: this really cuts the glare! When it's off, it doesn't show fingerprints easily with it's matte finish.I thought it would make the screen darker or fuzzy - but it's not really noticeable at all once the screen is turned on. Texture/Feel: This does add a bit of grip, so if you are playing games with virtual D-pads/joysticks on the screen, it feels more secure. Also, the slight resistance it adds makes it easier for small movements. It feels a bit like a plastic, matte report cover - which is not surprising as this is a plastic, matte film. :-) The fit is perfect, with just enough of a gap between the edge of the protector and the iPad that you're not going to catch your fingers on the edge and lift it up. If placed precisely, it should have no issue with any case you're likely to put it in. Writing: Okay, so I really like the texture for finger use. The pen though - not quite like paper. It's more like writing with a thin eraser on paper - there is some resistance whereas the glass surface is incredibly smooth. So - halfway between the glass and actual paper I'd say. I will say that my handwriting seems to be a bit less messy with this screen protector. I'll have to use it for a while before I'm certain - but I'm liking it so far. And for $8 for two? It's a no brainer to try this out. ... show more

This product is great! I love that it’s a 2-pack and it comes with 2 sets of everything you need for the application process. It adheres easily and comes with a squeegee to smoothen it out so no pesky bubbles (as long as you follow all the instructions). The steps seem confusing but they make sense when you’re doing it. It fits perfect on my iPad Mini 6. It feels “like” paper. It’s not exactly the same but it’s a really similar texture but I really enjoy it and I wanna write on it all the time! There’s no glare, which is nice. It doesn’t scratch easily and I even use a metal tip on my Apple Pencil. It holds well, and for the price, I would consider it good quality. I also have a keyboard case on my iPad and it doesn’t affect it at all when closing, very slim and easy to use. I use it every day for college classes and it has held up very well! ... show more
