The instructions skipped a step or two and one of the boards had been stamped 3 times lol but they were easy to figure out and it’s very sturdy for the price. The slot are a little small so the shoes can’t be side by side. Think of how you place shoes in a shoe box, well that’s how you fit them in the slots unless you have small feet.     • A pain in the butt to set up- but very cute!
Luckily my parts were labeled and I didn’t have any missing/broken pieces! But the instructions weren’t very detailed so I too had put many pieces in backwards. I started in the evening (8pm or so) and it ended up being a 2-day project for me. In total took me about 4 hours to put together. Shoe space is a bit small but I put my husbands shoes in separate cubby’s (no biggie). Mine and kiddos fit fine. Love having the drawers! I really like the bench, but it was very difficult to put together because none of the pieces were labeled. Took my friend 4 hours to put together. Also wish there was more space for shoes to fit because the compartments are small. But it seems to be able to support sitting on it. The cushion wasn’t as comfy as I had hoped, but very firm. For how compact this thing is, it is very solid. I am 300lbs and have no worries at all while sitting on it. Looks just like the pictures, nice piece. Just pay attention while assembly, its a little tricky if you're not really paying attention.

This item is a joke. There's no markings on the pieces. The ones that are marked, make no sense. Pick a letter. There's 3 on one piece. WTH? The instructions are missing half. Which pieces go in which direction? You'll find out halfway and have to take it all apart and redo. Not all the holes are premade. When trying to put in the screws, it cracks the whole piece because of this. I am very disappointed. And yes, I used hand tools not power. ... show more

The picture is not reality. The size of the bench is half the size of the one shown. Cannot fit a pair of shoes in the cubby. One shoe per slot so only 5 pairs fit, not 10. There’s better products out there for the money. Would not recommend.

    • Beautiful, but tough to assemble
Beautiful and sturdy. Fits my kids shoes perfectly, but most of the adult shoes take 2 cubbies. The assembly was a bit difficult though, and a few things I had to guess at. But I'm still happy with it, just be prepared to not have perfect instructions.
