Bought this to use as a bench in my office - Assembly was easy but did require two people to hold the chair arms while inserting the screws. The seat/lid on storage stays propped open when lifted which is very convenient. Also it's not a hassle to lift the seat as it is on other furniture of a similar style. The seat is also decently comfortable considering there's only about 2.5" of padding. Its firm but doesn't feel like sitting on an unpadded chair.
