They did not hesitate to help me out and pleased me. Customer service was very polite and helpful. It’s not the sturdiest or most expensive-looking piece, but dang if it’s not adorable. Material is soft and holds a weight of at least two people. Great size for by the entry. Assembly was easy though I wish less waste packaging. Great value for the price!

I thought the price was a bit steep only because I compared the quality to an out-door deck bench I just purchased from Amazon that seat two to three people and only $20.00 more.
