  • I love it!
Style: Back Ice Pack
Good quality material, easy to use. It is amazing!! I will never go without one again. Stays cooler longer than I expected, and even after warming some It still feels good to wear. It makes sitting more comfortable for me. I have compression fractured vertebrae. And this has helped more than anything. ... show more

  • Just bought more! Great for DDD neck pain & migraines!
Style: Neck Ice Pack
So much better than dealing with a bag of frozen peas! I feel like at this point, I’m an unofficial “expert” in shopping for ice packs. ;) I have severe degenerative disc disease and deal with debilitating chronic neck and back pain (and chronic daily migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, severe arthritis in knees, hip arthritis/bursitis, SI joint issues, etc.), so I’m constantly treating my pain and inflammation by rotating using reusable ice packs throughout the day and night. I have an entire shelf in a wider style/French door style freezer dedicated just to keeping ice packs cold at all times. Over the past 10 years, I’ve tried several different brands and types of reusable ice packs—clay packs (don’t stay cold long enough for my needs, too small), super expensive squishy gel packs with spandex fabric covering (feel good but don’t stay cold for long, and are also heavy for their size and require sealing in zip top bags during freezing so they don’t expand by absorbing water from the small amount of humidity in the freezer), flexible gel packs (similar style, “guaranteed” but only last 6 months or so before leaking). But it seems even the most expensive ice packs aren’t durable enough for the amount of frequent, constant use I put them through. I purchased 2 of these and as soon as they arrived yesterday, I popped them into the freezer (which is set to the coldest setting), and they froze rather quickly. So far these appear to be just as well made as the ones that are the same size and shape but cost 2x as much. And while the liquid inside makes a “crinkling” sound when frozen, they still remained fairly flexible, even when frozen for several hours. I have no idea what some commenters are talking about when they mention that these freeze and become rock hard— after 5 minutes or so at standard room temp (~68 degrees F), the ice packs are flexible enough for me to wrap around my neck. And here’s what I’ve found over the years- when an ice pack is advertised to remain completely flexible when frozen, then it’s most likely not going to remain cold for very long. So it’s a trade off: if you want a REALLY COLD ice pack, it will probably be a little bit stiffer at first. It’s not that big of a deal for me to let my body heat and the room temp help soften the ice pack for a few minutes. I use ice packs so often that I sewed some fabric covers that happened to fit these perfectly (just a long rectangular tube shaped “narrow pillowcase” of fabric, with a button on the open end, and an elastic loop sewn into the seam of the other end). I highly recommend that you always protect your skin from the cold temperatures by placing a thin kitchen towel, t-shirt or large bandana, etc. between you and the ice pack. I used one of the ice packs last night while I slept and it remained perfectly cold for several hours, even under several layers of warm bedding. I’ll update my review if anything changes, but so far I think these ice packs are well made and worth every penny. These are such a good deal that I’m planning to purchase at least a couple more, since I rotate them so frequently. EDIT: One month later and still going strong! just purchased 2 more, so I can rotate using them throughout the day/night! These work just as well, are holding up just like the ones I used to buy that were 2x the price! So glad I found these! ... show more

  • Find Comfort and Relief with the Magic Gel Ice Pack for Back Pain
Style: Back Ice Pack
Having used the gel pack for the past few weeks, I can attest to its overall quality and performance. The wraps are designed with convenience in mind, easily adjustable to fit snugly around the lower back area. However, I encountered a slight issue when attempting to heat the gel packs in the microwave. Despite following the instructions, I noticed some gel leakage, which was concerning. Overall, the Magic Gel Ice Pack for Back Pain Relief has been a reliable solution for managing back pain. ... show more

  • Everything you need to know...
Style: Back Ice Pack
I bought my Magic Gel belt over a year ago (Feb 2023). I have problems with my lumbar spine (severe L2-L3 sciatic pinching due to L1 fracturing 6 months ago) and both hips (congenital problems with sciatic entrapment in my butt)...LOTS of sciatic nerve pain. This belt comes with 2 ice packs. You can leave them in the fridge for however long you want to...it won't damage them. I'm always switching mine out. I'm usually wearing some leggings and a T-shirt so unless I'm wearing a light sweater, I hang a folded dish towel over the belt so that it's not too cold on my skin. When I'm not feeling the cold, I pull the towel off. I never have to switch out more than twice a day so each one stays cold for a good 3 to 4 hours. I can wear this belt towards either hip or higher on my back or lower...just anywhere it hurts the most. I can even put it at an angle (low on the hip/higher on the back). The belt and the ice packs are holding up wonderfully. The velcro opening on the inside of the belt where you insert the ice pack is starting to deteriorate a little, mostly because of the the netting that lets the cold through), but that part doesn't really need to close. The biggest part of the ice pack is at the bottom and these ice packs have to be pulled out...they won't fall out...so I'm sure gravity will do the trick if and when that velcro gives out. I have lost 35 pounds (from 170 to 140) since I started using this belt...it fit me then and it fits me now. The velcro on this part of the belt is very strong. I hope this info is helpful and I hope it helps your pain like it helps mine. CAUTION: With any ice pack, especially if you use ice packs as often as I do, protecting your skin is vital. I don't use mine overnight and the cold should feel comfortable, never painful. Be smart with any cold pack against your skin and Good Luck! ... show more

This product has saved me so much discomfort. I have a herniated disk in my lower back and this thing has saved me! It is comfortable and I love how you can interchange the gel packs! For reference I am 5’3 and 225lbs and the belt fits me comfortably. You don’t have to wear the belt to use this product. I use the gel packs while laying in bed and use the belt when I’m up and moving around! ... show more

Style: Back Ice Pack
I loved that it had two pads - one for heat & one for cold. The wrap was big enough to fit all sizes.

  • Convenient!
Style: Back Ice Pack
I just had herniated disc surgery - so this was perfect for me to come home to after being discharged from the hospital. I think actual ice packs are too hard; but this gel cool pack is flexible and moves with you; and my favorite thing is that you can sleep with it on which keeps you cool at night; and it helps with your incision site as well. The only minor thing that I’m noticing which is trivial Is that it doesn’t stay cold long enough in my personal opinion, but it gets the job done. It’s useful for my Mom and I - so I’ll take it! ... show more
