  • It's great until it isn't. (UPDATED 9/28)
UPDATED 9/28: So, this chair still is far from the worst thing I've sat in, however, it's gotten quite rickety over the past couple of months. It makes noises every time I shift my weight in it, the arm rests have gotten wobbly despite being tightened as much as possible, and, as of last week, the wheel base has completely broken from normal use. Mind you, I'm an adult. I'm not doing anything crazy in this chair. I was just sitting there, playing Playstation, heard a pop, and down went the chair. If I remove the wheels, the base supports it fine, but is a little wobbly where it snapped. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times, but as my original review states, it's pretty much non-existent. Every time I call, I get a generic message saying all representatives are busy. I'm not super salty considering that I knew I was taking a gamble on this thing to begin with. However, I would've spent my money elsewhere had I known I was only going to get five months of use out of it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ended up going with this chair over some better known brands because it was the only one I could find that wasn't pleather for under $300. I've been using this chair for about a month now and I love it. Putting the chair together isn't nearly as difficult as some here make it seem, just make sure you're paying attention because the instructions to tell you to put the part that holds the seat on backwards, however the piece has a giant arrow labeled "BACK," so it isn't hard to figure out. The Pros: -The chair's pretty comfortable and I've noticed my back feels a hell of a lot better than it does after a few hours of gaming on my couch. -One of the more affordable gaming chairs on the market. -Made of fabric rather than leather, which is nice if you have a cat that loves to dig their claws into leather like I do. - I'm a pretty hefty guy (5'8", 280 lbs) and this chair holds well. The recline feature doesn't feel flimsy under my weight either. Cons: -The seat does feel pretty hard during extending gaming sessions. I threw a memory foam cushion on it and it does wonders. - The lumbar support pillow is pretty useless and hard as a rock. - The sides of the bucket seats can dig into your legs if you've got meaty thighs, and that can get a bit uncomfortable during long sessions. Honestly though, by the time I'm noticing it, it's way past time for me to sign off and go to bed anyhow. - This thing is a pet fur magnet. Make sure you have a lint roller on-hand. All in all, this is a solid chair. I'd definitely recommend it if you're not super keen on dumping a ton of cash into a Secret Lab or DX Racer. It'll serve you well. Most of these companies are using the same parts anyway. However, be forewarned, this company is all but non-existent. I tried looking them up on social media and everything, the instructions even suggest it, and they have literally one follower and it's the founder, so don't expect a ton of tech support on their end. In short, have realistic expectations. Know you're getting what you pay for. ... show more

  • I can't complain really
6'2" 170lbs - perfect size chair Chair came with one arm not working right, it's fine but don't lock in certain height positions. Emailed them, sent me new arm free. Chair is pretty comfy with a ton of adjustments! I'm 6'2 170lbs and it fits me like a glove. Even if your kinda hefty it's very wide. I do have a chair pad (honey comb rubber thing 1" thick) from old chair which I threw on and it makes chair even better! I'll game for hours and it keeps me plenty comfy with minimal "numb ass" lol. Pillows for lumbar are the best part. Helps my lower back pain alot. Im 42...not a kid anymore lol. I think the chair...for 120 I paid...was a steal! ... show more

  • This chair is OK.
Initially, I was super excited to get this chair. However, the chair was a bit difficult to put together because the instructions are unclear. Whenever I get a new item that needs to be assembled, I take everything out of the box and make sure all the parts are there. To my dismay, I couldn't seem to find the screws needed to assemble the chair. In the instructions, there is a list of all the items included in the box. It did not indicate that the screws are actually in the chair. I almost did a return on the chair until I read a very helpful review that mentioned where the screws were. The only mention of the location of the screws is in step number 4 of the instructions and it says to remove them from the base. I spent an hour being pissed off that I had to return this chair. Now that the chair is assembled, it seemed all fine and good until you sit in it. The chair is actually quite comfortable. As others noted, the seat is a bit hard but I don't mind it. I like the two pillows that come with it. However, the chair leans forward. Even when it's in an upright, locked position, the chair still leans forward. I'm strongly considering disassembling this chair and sending it back. I shouldn't have to balance myself upright to sit flat in my chair and I don't like the feeling that I'm leaning forward when I'm not pushing the chair up with my legs. It's OK. I wouldn't recommend the purchase. UPDATE: After further reading, I realized the instructions are wrong. When installing the chair mechanism to the seat of the chair, the instructions have the picture backward. Pay attention to the mechanism, there is a mark on it that says "Front". Face that forward toward the front of your chair. If you install it as the instructions say, you will tilt forward constantly. ... show more

  • fit is not great but overall decent value for a budget gamer chair
the arm rests (despite being screwed in as tightly as it felt safe to do) are kind of wobbly. also the wheel casters struggle a little on hard wood floor.

  • Uncomfortable & Very Small. Feels Cheap cause it is.
Good: Aesthetically I will it looks nice, super easy to assemble & it leans dang near 180* flat. Bad: the material get dirty really easy, the padding all around (besides the pillows) are stiff & uncomfortable, one of the straps for the lumbar support looks like it got bleach on it right out the box, it’s very small, the wheels don’t roll well at all, and the arm rests sit kinda far from the chair even when adjusted all the way in. Im 5”8 130lbs and I barely fit in this chair lol also side note I leaned it about 160* degrees and felt the front wheels lift. So with that being said if you’re taller than 5”9 and/or weigh more than 180 I wouldn’t recommend this chair. ... show more
