Easy installation! Lightweight and remote controlled. Light output can adjust from cool white to very warm and brightness is complete adjustable. Kill power to fixture. Remove existing light/fan fixture and mounting bracket, install new mounting bracket with supplied screws to joist or power box, wire the ground to the mounting bracket, wire black to black primary wire and white to white neutral wire. Slip assembly over the four mounting screws and twist into place then tighten screws. Switch on power and enjoy! Fan has six speeds and can be set to run one position or in oscillating mode to cover larger area. Don’t know about durability yet but seems great! ... show more
