This cover is very well made and well packaged. It arrived in good order and is an excellent solution to cover our mini split unit protecting it from the bears in our area and it looks great. It is heavy and needs 2 people to install but should last for many years to come.

This company actually cares about the quality of their product and most importantly they care about what shape it arrives in when you receive it. It came in a heavy duty cardboard box. The product was bubble wrapped and then placed in a plastic sleeve. Then they used styrofoam AND a softer padding for further protection. But wait!!! There’s more!! They placed hard plastic corner pieces at each corner for FURTHER protection. Then they give you gloves so you don’t cut yourself when assembling the cover. Who does THAT?? It’s absolutely beautiful. I had a little trouble with their assembly instructions. It appeared to me that the “corner angle” pieces provided were not for my model??? But they encourage you to call if you have questions and they have videos too. I also had to think outside the box (no pun intended) to fasten the top piece to the sides in the back where the open side is. My fix worked just fine. This product was exactly what we needed! Looks great and fits like a glove. A part was missing and I called the customer service number hoping someone would pick up on a Saturday so I could order. Coincidently, I am in the Miami area where the company is as well and they actually personally delivered the missing part within hours!!!!! This product has good quality, but it’s hard to anchor to the ground unless you drill it in the concrete. The wind blew it off couple times when we didn’t anchor it.
