Didn't think I'd use it much, but it makes it easier going to the store substituting a backpack for a large cloth bag. Doesn't really swing around as much as you'd think. It's a solid piece of plastic; feels like it could have easily been made by Segway. You have to use the existing screws on your steering bar, so make sure you start looking for the tool that came with your scooter while you wait for delivery of this hook.
