We have bought several of these through the years for our kids and these scooters are amazing! They are wide enough and stable enough to be safe (unlike thinner "razor" scooters). All my kids have found these easy to ride and they provide hours of fun. Build quality is also very good. When they get older and left out in the elements, the handle pole eventually breaks away from the bottom, but that is to be expected with time and use. We got this for our daughters birthday and she loved it! The light up wheels are a bonus too! The break pedal in the back and how you turn the scooter are easy for a kid to pick up on. My daughter and son have ridden it quite a bit and the tires are holding up really well. The usually scuffing you’d see from riding on cement but no other type of wear or breaking down. I bought this scooter over a year ago for my 2 year old and it has been perfect. I never say that but damn this thing is great. It's study, easy to ride, the size of the board plate and the wheels make it safe and easy for my little guy. It feels well built and looks more pro than most others I've seen. He's put miles and miles on this thing and it hasn't flinched. Just last night he was out zooming through the neighborhood on our nightly walk and the wheels where lit up like new.
