Install was really simple because I was replacing an existing fan. Am using the 5” downrod with 9’ ceiling. I prefer the fan higher. Remote and app work nicely. Fan is quiet and doesn’t wobble or anything. Would recommend.

So the installation of this fan was a bit different from any other I've installed. The blades install at an angle and you need to make sure everything is tight since they overlap. The design is kind of strange now that I'm standing back looking at it, but it works fine and the light is decently bright. I don't have any major complaints, but I would recommend looking at Name brands and seeing if this one is priced low enough to justify buying it over a more well known brand. ... show more

I've got a 20x20 room that I needed an upgrade in. The fan in there just wasn't quite cutting it... but this one sure does. You can feel the air movement corner to corner in the room. Installation was pretty standard for a fan these days. I was a little frustrated that the bracket holes didn't line up with the older box in my ceiling and I had to re-drill some places, but outside of that it was together quickly. The blades are plastic instead of wood, but I think due to the size, it's about cutting the weight. Given how quiet this runs, I think the "tradeoff" in material is the right call. The LED lighting is bright, though I wouldn't depend on it solely in a room this large. I was also happy to find the variety of pole lengths offered; I have fairly low 8' ceilings and was worried this would hang too low, but the 5" pole turned out just fine. ... show more

This fan is massive. Great for cooling a large area. We can’t even have it on the highest setting because it works so well. It was a tad tricky to install though. There are different option screws so just use the longer ones for installing it into the ceiling. Overall, very nice fan.
