Easy to ASSEMBLE and adjust. The FRAME for little wheels kinda get bent on one side and needed to be bent back to accommodate the Allen headed bolt with lock nut. The lights also are somehow get bent and could easily be positioned to its optimum FOCUS. I have owned this scooter for 3 months now and I can honestly say that this has been an excellent surprise. We all fear investing our hard earned money into something that seems too good to be true. I had those fears when I chose this scooter and let me tell you - it has been nothing but an exhilarating ride! I have had people who own bigger name scooters like Vsett and Apollo approach me and tell me how awesome my scooter looks. I get compliments every day on my commute from little kids staring in awe to adults asking me how fast it goes. Its a powerful scooter so let's break it down - Comfort - it has 4, c type springs for suspension. 2 per wheel and all adjustable. Style - It has a motorcycle/dirt bike type of look with the extra long handlebar and the various gauges on it. I added a few on mine. These gauges tell you everything from what gear you are on to potentially any issues with the motors or controllers. The structure of the scooter is aluminum alloy making for a tough frame that has withstood a beating so far. Performance - You can switch between 3 gears, eco and turbo mode, and single and dual motor modes. The suspension system eats up bumps like they aren't there. The speed - whew. The best part! As advertised, it can go up to 47mph. I weigh 190 and was able to accomplish this. It has handle some STEEP inclines with grace. It makes a loud humming because of the off-road tubeless tires, which I personally love. The long handlebar helps keep some of the speed wobble under control once you fast enough but a damper is always helpful. There are deck lights, 2 front halo lights, rear lights with turn signals, a horn, dual oil brakes, and a seat. For the price, I expected something that goes this fast, at this price either catch fire from a cheap battery or have structural integrity issues. But after driving 500 miles on it so far, the most i have had to do is change the rear tire from catching a 3 inch long nail. This is an awesome and solid scooter. BUT! The best part about buying this scooter has been the customer service backing Bikydom. I don't know about others, but I have had the luck of having the kindest and most patience customer service reps of any product I purchased. My friend with the VSETT has complained to me about his customer service. My friend with a Segway Ninebot has also complained about his customer service. I have nothing but praises. Go ahead and buy the scooter. You won't regret it. ... show more

Thing is a monster a rocket when both wheels are engaged I love it. I get compliments and people wanting to buy it from me all the time. It does everything advertised most scooters don't get the speed or mileage they say but I go all week with out needing to charge and as a big man it gets up to 50 mph. well built scooter soft suspension tracks very straight. Seat has suspension and is nice and soft. Flip it in awd and gear three with turbo on and it throws me back at 225lbs. Ive hit 48mph on gps. Instructions are not the best but just check the screws and flip the bar and you go. barely any assembly. the dual gauge display was huge reason we got this one. Love it.
