I love the weight of this product. It's so light! It dried my hair fairly quickly, and I have a lot of it! I was able to use the round brush and easily style my hair instead of needing to both blowdry and straighten. I love that when I turn it back on it remembers the setting I had last used. First of all, the button placement is horrible. You can’t see what you are pushing when you have any attachment on it, what ends up happening? Your hair gets burned. Not to mention the attachments are incredibly hard to remove once they are on. The real reason I bought it was for the curls but for the life of me I could not get the hair to “wrap” around the wand no matter what I tried, which in turn makes this useless for me. I also found that with just the blowing option set to medium heat and air flow my hair would get into knots, this has never happened to me when I used other wand type dryers. So far I am very pleased with the results its nicest feature is doing a blow dry look without needing two hands( traditionally one holding a brush the other blow dryer) you get that volume from a round brush without a tired arm. U can also do this on dry hair and get a smoothe look. It’s missing a flatiron feature for finishing but I feel I am definitely getting my moneys worth in time and results minus the pain and hassle. Again I haven’t used for a long time so I can’t speak to the longevity and quality. Everything seems very nice nonetheless I hope it lasts. ... show more

I bought this just before I went on vacation. It does not work. Returning. Maybe I will order again later to see if I get a working one. Unsure right now. Very disappointed. Update 11/26/2024: Customer service reached out and apologized that the item I received was defective. It is clear they want to make their customers happy and we were able to reach a resolution. I tried the product again and it is wonderful. Easy to use, the different brush/curl heads swap out easily, heats up nicely, dries my hair quickly and the curls look great for the days when I feel like “spicing” up my do. Love this dryer/styling set. my hair is thick so its hard to get it to dry smooth and this works great doesnt leave those bumps. Love all the different attachments to use for different hair styling. its made of good quality and has different settings to use.
