I switched from using the T3 hairdryer to the Dyson after having neurosurgery and having to regrow sections of hair that had to be shaved out due to surgery. I was also losing a lot more hair due to the seizure medications I was placed on after surgery. I wanted to try the Dyson due to it not heating my hair up nearly as much as the T3 when drying in order to maintain the health of new hair growing back and my hair I had remaining. I was skeptical and afraid to change my routine but I was pleasantly surprised and have been extremely happy with the results. The Dyson doesn’t heat up much and dries my long frizzy wavy hair perfectly straight and leaves it shiny, healthy feeling and looking, without frizz or any tangles and it stays that way through humid rainy days. I have an issue with the item “Dyson Airwrap™ Multi-Styler Complete Long, Nickel/Copper” in my US Amazon order. I am living in Turkey, and I made this purchase through a friend living in the US. He supposed the bring it when he was visiting Turkey. When he brought it without opening the package, I realized that this item works with 110 V. And here in Turkey, we use 220 V like the whole of Europe. While doing our purchase I did not see any information about the voltage in the Amazon webpage regarding the working voltage. Moreover, in our previous electronic purchases from the US, we did not face such issues since they were dual-voltage devices. We automatically assumed the same for this device (actually not thinking about it). Having no information on Amazon's item webpage, we were unable to realize it. So, we cannot make it work via a transformer since it is not recommended and might be dangerous. Since we waited for our friend to visit here, the return deadline has expired just 4 days. And due to this reason, the chat with customer service could not resolve the issue. ... show more

It’s absolutely changed my hair and how I get ready! Seriously it’s amazing! I figured out how to use it easily and I’m a spazz with hair! What used to take 2 hours, with drying and curling, now takes me 15! My hair is shinier and softer than it’s ever been. Now I have bone straight hair, so I don’t know how well it’s work with curly hair. But for me… it’s amazing! And when I add up the three curling irons I have, two blow dryers, all of which cost me 100.00 or more, this one item is well worth it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Im the wife lol. My husband got this for me, and everything I can say is how much I loved this product. My hair gets dry completely perfect and the volume I like/wish with this brush. I am still trying to figure out how to use all the brushes and barrels. The Dysons app is very useful bc it perfectly explains how to use each one. It is pretty easy to be honest. The curls are the best part!!! I have had this product for 6 months or so. I’ve used to every single time after I wash my hair. This product has definitely been life changing but my hair type makes it difficult to get the best results. I don’t get the shiny, sleek look that everyone wants. I still have some frizz but it reduced it a lot. I love all the attachments they include. Unfortunately I barely use the barrels for curls. In order to get good curls, you have to straighten your hair or it will be a mess. I have a difficult time “straightening” my hair when using the attachments. So you might need a straighter if you want the best optimal curls. Keep in mind, I need to get better with it and I’m learning. I’m getting better with them and each time I’ve reduced my time a lot. It’s a really good product, with learning curve. It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it. It’s lightweight which is a big plus. If you have hair like mine, it will still look a bit frizzy. When it comes to value, I don’t regret spending the money I used to buy this. I love it, I look forward to washing my hair because of this product 😅 ... show more
