a big price even if it is electric. My daughter bought me a walker from Amazon for around $250 and had more little features then this one minus the electric part. love it. But admit I needed the electric one for my husband who will be needing the electric part of this. It is comfortable & I really like the fact it has a "one foot" rest for your feet and do not need to mess around with 2 more items to connect that do have a tendency to come off.     • Joystick Problems
I really like the way it folds and the light weight. Two problems include the joystick cover slips off. The joystick is very difficult to operate in a straight line. Speed is very touchy. The two batteries will not come off. Charging is done on the machine.

    • Controls stick is slow to react
Front wheels can hit your feet unless they are on the foot rest perfectly. Control stick is slow to react when driving in tight spaces you can hit things. Seems under powered at times on hills

It has a steering joy stick, which this old girl found as a challenge, but I am close to mastering. I will be in a wheelchair for a while longer. A caution: the wire between the joystick and the batteries on mine got broke, which put me back into a manual wheelchair. While it’s an easy chair to get in and out of vehicles, be gentle. We contacted the company and they were very accommodating with directing us to Amazon for a replacement part at a very reasonable price. But please avoid my issue and keep a cautious eye on the wiring. I am 4’10” and around 180 lbs - I am very comfortable in it. There are several speeds to choose from. ... show more

    • Cheaply built - terrible reengineering in this model
My husband had the prior version for about a year - seat ripped, only issue. This version is cheap and reengineering failed, and materials cheapened. In days, the left side anti tip wheel fell off. Both arm rests have bent significantly downward. Terrible to fold as the wheels get in the way - have to be manipulated. None of these issues were in the prior chair ... show more
