I was a little weary ordering this at first but it proved itself reliable. Light weight, easy to fold and push around. I used it for my godmother and we rolled around Atlanta, Georgia with in shops and on the streets. It was easy to fold up and transport place to place. She was able to sit in it and and get up from it fine. We don't regret purchasing. ... show more

  • Waste of money
Style: Model1
This chair is a piece of crap. It didn’t last a yr before completely broken. From day 1 it won’t lock. Needed a bungee cord to keep shut. Closes on me all the time when I’m in it! Encounter the slightest bump and the front wheels go back folding the chair and pushing me out to the ground. I couldn’t count how many times this happened. Company was terrible to deal with. Told me to find a box & mail it back (at my cost) Hello I’m in a wheelchair! How am I supposed to do that?! She told me I could check the super market for a box or ask a neighbor!?!? The final call, I threaten to have a lawyer call when I get hurt. They sent me a you tube video on how to fix myself (tighten a screw) Seriously! Thats all? after all those calls? That didn’t work anyway. Neither the seller nor Amazon would help. The screws come out all the time, the ams has fallen off twice, the chair still moves after you let go of the joystick, NO WAY it’s 30lbs., the seat is sagging (I am 120lbs), the wheels hit your feet if they are on the foot rest, the arms don’t lift or fit under a table, and now the front wheel came off and can’t be fixed since the inside is stripped and won’t hold the screw. Absolutely furious I spent $1000 on this piece of crap and very disappointed in Amazon for not helping more to resolve the issues ... show more

  • Lightweight and easy to use!
Style: Model1
Bought 2 of these. Replaces my wife's 150 pound mobile chair and my Tsora scooter. Took about 3 days to figure out all the other stuff in the other comments, but I can now recommend this to every body. I have a shopping center 4blocks away across a busy 4 lane road. Easy peasy. Both fold and fit nicely in the trunk of my daughters suv for doctor visits. Only hesitation was the lithium ion battery. Lion batteries require more attention than an old guy like me can give. Therefore i bought an electric timer from Amazon, plug in the charger, set the timer for 2 hours and go back to sleep. So no problem. Called supplier for info, They responded next day. ... show more

  • I can go shopping again.
Style: Model1
My last unit was too difficult to maneuver. Before long, it just sat in the corner and gathered dust because trying to get anywhere with it made me cry with frustration. Pros: I can’t speak about ease of transporting as my sister-in-law does the lifting, but it is about 10 pounds lighter than my last unit. -Unlike my last electric travel chair, this one has a joystick and is much easier to navigate aisles and hallways. Con: It’s not great in the house, however. The doorways and hallways are a little too narrow, and it doesn’t work very well on carpeted areas. I have a wheelchair With stronger capabilities that is easier for making tight turns that I use inside the house. I tried Amazon’s Contact Seller because the charger was lost in my recent move and I wanted another. The ChatBot keeps telling me it doesn’t understand my request. In the meantime, we are searching boxes. ... show more

  • Great product and excellent support
Style: Model1
The wheelchair arrived with a bent rear wheel. The seller replaced the wheelchair to solve the issue. Other than that, very light, easy to fold and load in the car. Decent range. Shipping was ultra fast, bonus point on that too!

  • False advertising and No Support!
Style: Model1
This product has numerous things in the ad that just are NOT correct. Complete false advertising. The arms do not raise up for "easy entry from the side or front". That is one of the main things my uncle needs for his disability. There is NO "brush" BRAKING SYSTEM, as the ad states. The wheelchair just rolls to a stop in about 2-3 feet, once you take your hand off the joystick -- which could allow it to run into things or PEOPLE that you are trying to avoid. The wheels are not pneumatic, which means air-filled (and therefore, would be more shock absorbing). They are rigid. We never tried it outdoors, but this would have been a problem if we'd kept it. The "manual mode" (where it can be pushed, not operated off the battery) is NOT easy, it is like you are still pushing against some friction. The joystick was so wonky it was almost impossible to get it to go straight. It is either too sensitive, or not sensitive enough, I'm not sure what to call it. But trying to steer and make little adjustments to the right or left caused the chair to simply zig zag wildly. My uncle is 6' and the wheelchair was so small for him, his knees were bent up half-way to his chest. And it's so narrow that his feet kept rubbing on the front wheels. Overall it's a cheap chair with MAJOR false advertising. They did not respond to my messages, except for approving the return. And now they want me to ship it back to them at my expense, even though I never would have ordered it in the first place if it was accurately described. The only good things are, it is light weight and folds easily. ... show more
