I was so happy this product actually worked. Easy to use , power on, takes a few minutes, several levels of heat and just use. It straightens your hair so well, so fast and so easy. This straightened my generally time consuming hair in less than 10 minutes. I was blown away by this. It normally takes about 45 minutes to do this. The only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is because I struggled to get my ends curled in. It still does a fantastic job and my hair is smooth and shiny.

I also ordered a bottle of heat protection just incase it worked. And to my amazement it works very well. I was so impressed, surprised and very happy. Ordered this and received an old Conair curling iron from the 80s that had been used. Returned that and finally received the product! I used it that same day and straightened my hair in 18 minutes and it usually takes almost 30 minutes. I just used the big clip (it comes with two), brushed through my hair and it turned out great! I bought it after all the rave in social media. Also, I read good reviews in Amazon prior to purchasing. For several years, I've owned another similar comb made by Salon Chain, which was cheaper and has worked marvelously. It started to pull my hair a bit as I wrapped the cord around the comb, so it made the a little crooked, so I decided to upgrade to the Tymo Ring. It works, but not as wonderfully as people say. In my experience, it is too wide for medium/short hair so, in my experience, it is difficult to grab the hair strands from the roots. I have relaxed hair, and when the roots start to show my natural hair is 4C curls. So I wanted to be able to grab the hair from the roots to straighten it, and not just from a couple of inches down. I tried several ways, and I just couldn't grab the whole hair strands. All in all, it is good, but not an excellent product, so it ended up being too costly for something that I won't be using. ... show more

I don’t usually write reviews on any product , but honestly this time I wanted to be very fair with TYMO company and thank them sincerely for this product with such affordable price ! I’m a busy mom and I do have a type of frizzy wavy hair and have used various hair straightening tools and hair irons , some of them gave me good results but time and efforts consuming!! As for this hair-straightening-brush, it’s the opposite of everything I used before it’s ceramic not hurting my hair and very fast and smooth with giving me the best results. Moreover, I don’t loose my hair with it unlike all other products I used before where I lost much hair with each use . My only note for any woman/girl will buy this product to take a small amount of the hair and brush it smoothly using the tool . As for me I used the heat (level 2) and it was very nice but for such kind of hair I could’ve use level 3 too. I used this brush twice since I bought and I’m truly fascinated with it .
