I really wish I had come across this product sooner. It is perfect for trapping litter and that means less clean up around the vicinity of the litter box. The size is generous, so it covers a good amount of surface area. Emptying out trapped litter is a breeze, so it does not require much fuss. Please don’t be concerned that this mat arrives with folds in it (due to packing). Those folds will quickly iron out if you put something heavy on top of the mat and/or if you use a blow dryer on the folds. One other piece of advice: Keep on eye on price. I noticed I paid top dollar for this product. It’s gone on sale several times at various lower price points. This litter mat is perfect if your little cat likes to kick up litter and kick it out of the box it falls into the mat and you can just take it out and shake it outside and it absorbs a lot of the litter that would be otherwise on the floor and it's at a very reasonable price I highly recommend it

This is a wonderful product for catching cat litter from paws. I have used them for years but recently bought several more to line the floor after a garden tub was removed in our MBR. The mats are of a soft(er) form waffel pattern that is gentle on the toes but really durable. Just as advertised, they have a pillow case design- simply pick up them up and empty into the litter box. What could be easier? Putting the boxes on a coffee table was my idea. It makes scooping to boxes easier to do and any mess fall into the mats. Great product! NOTE: When you get the mats they won't lay flat so try laying them out in the warm sun for an hour or so, that worked for me. Or, put into your dryer on low setting for a few minutes... Bottom line, just get some heat on them and they flatten right out. ... show more

I bought this after our dog groomer recommended it. I'm convinced our cat has pockets that she fills with litter, then she prances around slinging it about like a flower girl. So frustrating! So far, this mat catches more of the littler that the larger mat we had before. My only issue is, after several weeks and trying to flatten it when we got it, it still doesn't lay completely flat. I keep meaning to heat it with my hairdry, so we'll see if that works. It would help if it was a bit heavier on bottom. I like this product because it is easy to get the littler out of the mat. Simple, easy... and small. I think I got the smaller version because I was trying to be cheap, but a much bigger one would be better (I think) because my cat just likes to walk out and parade leaving litter behind like confetti. It is also ver light, which is a little bit of a problem because it moves a lot. Would be better if it was a little heavy or has some sort of stickiness or something to not move as much when cat is walking out. Only have one cat. ... show more

Got this when an elderly cat was having problems and I was at my wit's end trying to make things easy for him and also keep things cleaner. Sadly, he has now passed, but we still use this with our other cat, who is pretty clean and I didn't think tracked much litter, but, this proves he was tracking litter...little by little. The mat is large so it catches all the litter. If the cat's rear end is out of the box it catches the mess, so it is easy to clean up. Empty it out, wash it in the bathtub, and let it dry, easy peasy.

Unfortunately, this product was a flop for me and my two kitties. I purchased it to be used as the "catch all" for the litter robot. This product is so flimsy and has a weird texture. The cats can just be walking on it and accidentally fling it across the room, while flinging all the loose litter with it. Due to the texture, my cats think it is also a scratching board. For the purpose intended, it works. It catches some liter, and it is easy to dispose of, which is exactly what they claim it does. I would 100% recommend something a little bit more heavy duty and if you have hardwood, maybe something with suction cups on the bottom. ... show more
