Easy to install as the canopy is big enough to fit all the wires and receiver in it. It is also a "Flush Mount" style that does not have the "down rod" that most fans have. Gives it a modern look. Air flow is very good and the light and fan are controlled by the remote. You cannot have a separate light and fan wall switch. The lighting does not have different color hues.
