I was hesitant to purchase this as there were only 3 ratings averaging 2.7, so I wasn't confident this was a good or legitimate product. Since it was the only one I could find that matched my need of the seal plate being less than 4" in width to fit a jalousie window slat; I ordered and was surprised to see it in a couple of days. Everything looks like it was advertised and works for my situation. My only issue is the anti-clockwise thread of the hose which is opposite what my portable AC unit uses, but I made it fit and it works (you can always use duct tape to connect the hose to the unit or window adaptor). ... show more

I liked the product it was easy to install and appears to be of good construction. I would have given it 5 stars but the description said it would come with wall cover 90 deg it did not. Fits and hold the tube. Secure in the window. Comes with a peel and stick overlapping seal. Not the best seal, but it's better than nothing.

    • Not white, but a great value!
It didn’t say it was white, but I made the assumption based off photos. It’s more of a light gray. Considering the price and size he fact that it worked perfectly, I don’t feel a need to complain. But it should be clarified in the description.
