It arrived a few weeks earlier than scheduled in perfect condition unopened. The seller did an excellent job in packaging it with care. It states that it would take 30-60 minutes to assemble but it only took me and my son about 20 minutes. It was also very easy to assemble and to register it for warranty. I thought it came with a cell phone holder but it wasn’t included. Warning. This bike is very cool and beautiful, so If you want to protect it from getting stolen, buy an AirTag to track it in case it gets stolen and a very good lock. The lock I purchased is blue tooth and can be locked and unlock using my smart phone. I highly suggest this bike. You can’t find a better one for this price. It’s also supper fast but easy to ride. FUN, Comfortable, medium heavy, easy to fold. Not too easy to lift folded until you can figure out an easier way to lift it folded. 👍🏼 ... show more

The bike is bigger than it looks and the assembly was not that difficult. It came with a kick stand with no instructions and no screws. So I went to a local hardware store and purchased two screws to install the kick stand. The ride is nice and comfy an I get lots of stares and compliments (I bought the camouflage). I also enjoy using the horn if I need to get someone's attention to move out the way. I bought the bike for its folding ability and I can fit it in my small suv. Okay, apparently some models have a battery connection issue and it will just stop working. Hopefully the newer models have it corrected. The throttle started working intermittently and then the bike would shut down completely. I contacted the seller and they suggested sending a new connection plate. I didn’t think that was the problem, but it was. If this happens to you, it’s the plate connecting the battery to the bike. I do like the bike though. I’m 6 foot tall and have the seat at the lowest adjustment, so it’s a large bike. ... show more

Bike has lots of power and the seat is the most comfortable I have ever had. The brakes and shifting worked perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. The gold color and matching tires are beautiful! The battery seems very good. The display is easy read. After first ride the folding mechanism handle did loosen slightly so I made sure to tighten extra hand tight and it has not come loose since. I wish I could adjust the handlebars up higher but you can only rotate them forward and back although it still works fine for me. ... show more

The assembly instructions are not very clear on complete assembly of the bike. A kickstand is provided with the bike but there is no mention of how to install it. Upon examining the bike, I found that the installation of the kickstand was obvious. Contacted the seller and received excellent support. The young lady who addressed my issues was very sincere and provided exceptional follow up. Excellent after sales service and it is a very nice bike. Took about an hour to get it all put together. Took another 15 min to figure out how to ride it. Lots of power. I'm 230lbs and got it up to 30mph no problem. It's definitely built for taller people. I'm 6'1" and it fits me perfectly. I'm glad I chose this bike. Shipping was fast as well. Was delivered a week early. Will probably buy more. I was also surprised by the tools that come with it. Within the first few weeks of having my bike, the display and control pad failed. I have 2 of the same so I was able to diagnose the issue by switching parts. I have tried without success to find a new part so I can use my bike. I have emailed the company, which they responded wanting the order number. I sent the order number as requested but I have heard nothing. I don't even care if I need to buy the part. But i can't even find anyplace to get the part that I need. ... show more
