The media could not be loaded. I love this ebike! Portable and good for commute. Ive had this ebike for almost a month now. Ive rode it in steep hills doing 18miles round trip with smal bumps and with no issues. The bike is sturdy and can withstand small bumpy rides. Initially,i have problem with the charger and immediately contacted the seller.. the seller responded promptly and now sending me a new charger. Thanks Eileen! I love the 3 PAS mode: pas 1: max 13mph, pas 2: 16 mph, pas 3: 19-21mph. Its very quick once u start to pedal, so if ur not comfortable with it,u can use the throttle which is easy to maneuver and control the speed. The throttle mode is same with PAs mode. The speed is limited depends on which mode 1,2,3 u are in. Just be very careful when going downhill when it go passed the max speed of the bike and if u start to pedal, some electronic will cut off the bike due to the speed limit set(22mph i think). At first i got startled and i got scared when it happend but learned my lesson after that. So far im very happy with the purchase! Im always looking forward to ride this bike on my days off. Will update this review once i reach 100miles. Update: Im 2 months in and more than 100 miles in the odometer! This ebike is a blast. Its fast, foldable and reliable. I bought anothr brand of ebike just to test but so regreting it. I should hve bought another ebkarocy one. But anyway, Buy this bike. U wont regret and you will be happy always looking forward to riding in the weekends. PS we rode the famous Par’ius trail in Zion national park. Such a spectacular place on earth and riding with ebike is a totally different perspective. So happy with this purchase PPS. Bought this for my daughter, she’s 11 years old, 95lbs. She absolutely loves this e-bike, perfect for her height and weight. This bike comes with everything you need, I had no clue it came with a basket and a lock. Has two sets of keys, alarm system and to our surprise turn signals. we rode over three miles today (without charging the battery, straight out of box) and bike still reads full battery! At her height and weight the bike maxes out at 25mph. I didn’t like the idea of paying an extra $150 for shipping, but once I received the bike, honestly it’s worth the purchase. After a long hard search for an affordable E-bike, I landed on this one because if it’s features and looks. The phone mount, phone charger, extra seat, foot pegs, basket, bike lock, battery lock, digital display, shocks, headlight and tail light with signals, horn, and comfortable seat are incredible and outdo any other lower budget bikes out there. When my bike arrived I had some issues with it and reached out to the seller, with about 10 messages back and forth over the course of a couple hours, we had gone through problem solving and eventually reached a resolution for my issue. I am beyond satisfied with the prompt customer service and ideal resolution. Now about the bike. This thing is super fun to ride, I am 5’7” and about 110Lbs and I can get it up to about 20mph and about 18mph uphill. It is plenty fast for bike trails and even after about 10 miles, I had barely knocked one bar from the battery. My range and speed is also very similar when I have my 2 year old in tow with his little trailer. This was one of the main reasons I purchased this bike, was because I have back issues and pedaling myself alone on a bike can become problematic after a while. Electronic is the way to go. The seat as well is a bit more firm than I expected, but it is very wide and comfortable and the springs and shocks all over the bike help to absorb most common bumps you’d encounter on a trail and street. The only major thing I should warn about, not any sort of defect, but since the wheels are a smaller diameter than a normal bike, riding one handed will prove to be very unstable and I wouldn’t recommend it. Other than that, I would 100% recommend this bike for beginners or even experienced E-bike riders, especially with the amount of responsive support you get from this company. It is unlike anything I’ve experienced in the best way possible, I cannot stress that enough. I would definitely purchase another one in the future. ... show more
