Love it. This is my first ebike and I am very impressed. The bike is well made very sturdy, comfortable, and really good looking. It is big description says it will fit any one from 5'4"-6'4" I am 5'9" and barely can stand flat footed when stoped. So if any shorter might be a little big for you. The engine is strong I bought this because my house is close to the top of a very long hill. I am 240lbs and with the pedal assist I have no problem making it up the hill and at around 14 mph. On flat road with full power I was able to get up to 26.5mph. Handles well off road also took it on a wooded trail real bumpy and muddy handled it like a champ. Only cons I have found is The lack of proper assembly instructions and owner's manual. But It is fairly easy to put together took about 20 minutes. Plus like the other reviews the breaks do squeak. The bike had charging issues from the beginning, but we thought it was our issue putting it together. We rode it for 2 weeks and the controller went out. We called and emailed the company to ask what the problem could be. We didn’t notice the 30 day return and waited to be contacted. They never did and then the 30 days passed. We are now trying to just buy a replacement part and everything is out of stock for this brand new bike. I do NOT recommend this bike or company. ... show more

I’m 68 yrs old, this is my first e-bike and it’s a blast to ride. I raced motorcycles in my younger days and did my own mechanical work; experience came in handy getting this up and running. Bike is well packed and arrived free of damage. Assembly instructions are of very little help, if you haven’t worked on bicycles I’d get someone who has to help you. First thing I noticed was the battery lock wouldn’t engage-the hole in the frame bracket didn't align with the locking lug of the battery. I used a drill to correct the hole and the battery locks in tight with no wobble. The brakes needed adjusting and work well for a mechanical disc. The derailleur wouldn’t shift into 5th, 6th or 7th gear- there is a metal guard that protects it that was curved in blocking the arm that moves the chain. It was easy to bend out and now shifts flawlessly. The pedal assist is abrupt, about a quarter turn of the pedals and it lurches forward quickly. Not a problem unless you’re turning at low speeds, squeezing either brake slightly switches off the motor when needed. Otherwise build quality is very good, I went over every nut and bolt and found nothing loose. Bike is tall , I lean it way over toward me to mount and dismount. My inseam is 33 inches and I can barely straddle the frame at a stop. Handling is like a long, heavy bike, which it is. It’s very stable in loose gravel and dirt, and solid at 30 mph on roads. I’d give it 5 stars if it didn’t need the work I’ve described, I didn’t contact the seller as I’d rather just fix things myself and go riding ! ... show more

I wanted an electric bike to use hunting. I wanted to get farther in the woods and quieter than anyone else and I refuse to spend $3000.00 on some other hunting specific bikes with less or the same specs. The 750 watt motor rides through grass with no problem and concours smaller hills with ease. I have gotten the bike up to 28mph using petal assist and 22mph without and I weight about 270 lbs. The gears have worked better than any bicycle I ever bought at Wal-mart. This is the first bike I have had with disc brakes and the work flawlessly. There are 3 negatives I have with the bike. 1st the light never worked (but I don’t really care) 2nd the battery pack moves from side to side a little (I think it should be more secure, but as long as it does not break I am ok with that as well). And lastly is the seat. The seat is comfortable, how ever it adjusts differently than any other seat I have used and occasionally slips and the front points up and digs into the groin area instead of being able to sit on the rear part of the seat where it is cushioned. I have now purchased 2 of these ebikes. 750 watts to the Bafang motor gets you moving with ease. The brakes are too weak for the weight of these bikes. I have upgraded one of them to hydraulic brakes and it is super nice. Upgrades so far: new pedals with sealed bearings. Hydraulic brakes. Inner tube liners, to protect against thorns. We have gone on the beach and the mountains. So much fun! Make sure the battery is locked in or it can pop off on bumps. I plan on upgrading the rear brakes to 180mm it came with 180 up front and 160 in back. Customer service is very good. 1 year warranty too ... show more

    • BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I WOULD NOT PURCHASE EVER AGAIN
I purchased this bike in August, it was delivered about a month later, in Sept. 2022. The bike was assembled with no issue and it worked for about 2-3 weeks. I have experience with electric skateboards and electric bikes. However, after no issues with riding it for those few weeks, the electronic component completely stopped working and the bike will not move. I contacted the seller and they informed me that I need to open the controller box to obtain serial number, but get this - one of the four screws was screwed in so tightly by the manufacturer that I am unable to open the controller box. I have taken the bike to three e-bike shops, none of which were able to assist. We've even resorted to trying to break open the controller box, to no avail. At this point maybe a blow torch would be the only thing to do the trick. I have given the seller MONTHS to remedy the situation. This was a very expensive purchase that was a complete waste of precious money and precious time spent driving to any e-bike repair shop I could find. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY LOCALLY so that you can bring it to someone who knows how to work on it. I am out of A LOT OF MONEY. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ... show more
