I've had the bike for about ten months now and put a little over 260 miles on it. It's been a pleasure to ride. I live in a very hilly area which made a traditional bike impossible to ride. It is a large, heavy, sturdy bike. I wouldn't recommend it if you need to carry it up and down stairs. I'm a big guy at 6ft 4, 270lbs and it has plenty of power to get me up hills while peddling vigorously. I only use the motor on steep inclines so the battery lasts around 75-100 miles on a single charge for me. The bike is comfortable at the highest seat setting for me. Seat is nice and cushy and doesn't hurt my butt, even on long rides. I did have to adjust the brakes and shifter cables after receiving the bike. So if you're not comfortable doing this, you may want to take it to a bike shop. If you are going to ride the bike on trails or sandy areas, I'd recommend removing the chain grease that comes from the factory and replace it with a dry grease made for that purpose. After my first ride through some sand, my chain and gears were gummed up with sand. I used some brake cleaner I had lying around to strip the old grease and replaced it with a good coat of Squirt chain lube. Since then, all the sand just falls right off. After about 250 miles, my controlled died on an incline with the E-09 error. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement. Swapping the controller was fairly easy, only requiring a Phillips head screw driver and some zip ties. It's basically idiot proof with the four unique connectors only attaching one way. I did notice the controller was not secured in any fashion inside of the black plastic housing on the bottom of the bike. This means it's free to bounce around inside the box. I'm not sure if this was related to mine failing, but if you're so inclined, I'd recommend opening the box (4 screws) and placing some foam around the controller so it doesn't bounce around in there. This ebike arrived today. My wife had worked all day , but couldn't wait to try it out. So we unpakaged and assembled it . The instructions were great . Tools included. Went together perfectly. Added air to the tires and off she went. Hours later she returned absolutely happy with her experience. Needed a few adjustments, but this bike is top quality. Would recommend it for a first time Ebike. The reason she picked this one was for the bigger all terrain tires. It did not disappoint. It also impressed her with the boost of power helping her manage inclines. It came with with battery pack charged so she could try it out, out of box. The little extra in price versus others is worth it. Quality is A1. Would recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for good quality and a great first time experience with an Ebike. ... show more

This bike was worth the money. Me and the wife go riding all day and Still have battery left 28.8 mph is top speed which is fast enough we thought that the size would be a problem but it wasn't my wift is 5.4 and she is just at Tippi toes the only thing we changed was the seat just for more but support the battery take 3 to 4 hours to charge it come pre charge but it only last for about 1 hr so I suggest charging it fully before riding but over all the bike is bad ass the only thing u should think about is if u want a step through or a climb over we got the climb over and it's not bad at all we love it but if your older in your 60+ I suggest a step through we love at night when we ride with lights on they work awesome and we got a phone holder pouch also to go on it we took it off road and was very impressed it handled hill no problem around town we turn heads cause people want to know where we got them and to load they are not that heavy I grab the handlebar and rack and lift it right up so for me this is a 5 star bike and Mike is a huge help with questions or problems u have that's what really made me feel at home with this bike. ... show more

When we first got our bikes, I was telling my wife I think this is the best bike I’ve ever had in my life. The price point and the look of the bike is what attracted us to them . But, of course. The first issue was we ordered them at the same time, one bike came and we received a photo of two bikes on someone else front porch. So we contacted seller though Amazon and they sent the other bike immediately. WHICH WAS GREAT!!! We have rode both bikes twice and have charged one twice. Here comes the BUT OF COURSE!!! Something had to go wrong with one on the second attempt the plug on the charge the light was green, but when you put the battery on the bike it was not charged. We plugged one charging in the other and found out the battery was not charging. I have contacted the seller via Amazon, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook. We really love the bikes, hope to get this resolved soon so we can continue to enjoy our bike rides together!!! I will update this post based on customer service based on service after purchasing… would have giving five stars but was to soon to have issues. ... show more
