  • Far Better Than My Previous Lectric® Bike
Color: Grey Style: Standard
This bike was half the cost of my previous bike, and it's still going. The battery is sealed inside of a durable plastic shell, further secured with a lock and key. I use this bike to get to work everyday, and I have to take it up and down hills that are far steeper than intended for the bike, and it still works fantastically. I do not know how waterproof the bike is for the rain, but I just wrap the display with a plastic bag to further protect it. However the wiring that is on the bike seems pretty protected from the elements in the first place. Also I'm going to post this here because I cannot find it listed in the manual, or on their official website. 1 BLUE LIGHT = BATTERY ALMOST DEAD 2 BLUE LIGHT = BARRERY HALF CHARGED 3 BLUE LIGHTS = BATTERY FULL CHARGE Also the RED LIGHT in the bottom left corner of the display seems to indicate that... The bike is on? I would not worry about the red light at all, it doesn't seem to warn of anything specific, plus I cant find anything explaining anything further about the red light. I can get about 8 miles out of the bike before I need to charge it again, (it has never died on me on the road so maybe I can get more) and that is going up and down very steep hills (to and from work). tl;dr Very good for the money highly recommend ... show more

  • Great bike

Works amazing. Is fast, long lasting battery. Easy to put together. Terrible on hills, don't hit the jumps with it, it's meant for smooth grounds.

  • Horrible product & Even worse customer service
Color: White Style: Standard
Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Never really held a charge or charge fully. Contact a customer service when it quit charging after a few months. They made me take it to a bike shop to prove it did not work. Sent them a video from the bike shop, that wasn't good enough. Had to send a second video. Then they said it was A fuse. Paid for the bike shop to replace the fuses and it still didn't work. They asked for another video so that they can continue to troubleshoot instead of just sending me a new battery. Beware do not buy this product and do not buy from this company. ... show more

  • Great value
Color: Grey Style: Standard
The bike has served us very well. We had a battery issue and it was immediately rectified and we are back in business. Love the bike, great value for the money. I weigh over 200 and it pulls me up all our hills in CO.

  • Well built steady good range .
Color: Grey Style: Standard
The bike is a little on the heavy side for me as far as folding it, I find it clumsy as any other folding bike , for me, I don’t see the purpose in having a bike that folds , which is used for commuting . But in saying that , this bike comes with incredible shocks , the front forks have shocks, the rear tire has shocks, and one in the center. This allows the bike to perform excellently over bumps and unlevel ground . I was able to get the bike up to 19 to 20 on a flat surface and 12 to 13 on a 35° angle hill , the bike does have excellent acceleration, so be careful with that , and it does have a good front light that comes with the bike . My only issue with the bike I found is the full throttle handle on the right side , this type of throttle would be something that you would need to get used to operating especially if you were a person who has never experience bikes with throttle , your best bet would to always have your left hand ready on the left brake, which is attached to the rear tire disk, and which is the one that shuts off the motor when press , it would’ve been more practical and safe if they would have put a half throttle or a thumb throttle , also, the display doesn’t do much for you doesn’t raise the pedal assist or lower it with any buttons on it , only shows you three blue dotted lines which indicates the level of the power of the battery and a red tiny light that tells you the bike is on. One thing that would’ve been nice if they would have put a break tail light on that operates each time you press the left or right brake , for me this is definitely not a bike for any child under 18. This is definitely an adult bike. Overall, if you’re looking for a good commuting bike, this is definitely it if you’re looking for one for fun, I do not recommend it , commuting yes, being that it has incredible range more than what they say. ... show more

  • Great customer service! Great bike!
Color: Grey Style: Standard
I got the bike and there was a problem with the flywheel. I emailed the seller and they responded quickly and sent me a new flywheel to replace the bad one. They also reimbursed me for the cost of the repair. The bike now runs flawlessly.

  • good bike
Color: Blue Style: Standard
fits in trunk folded which is handy. it's a little bit heavy and awkward to load and unload from a trunk tho. hatchback is easier, only need to fold handlebars down for hatchback. it's fast enough to get around efficiently. not so fast it feels unsafe. 20mph is perfect. we've run it 17 miles max so far and still had 1/4 tank left. Been happy with the range. it struggles a little on steeper hills but it's fine if you help pedal. ... show more

  • Fixing the back tire
Color: Grey Style: Standard
It was working for a little while until trying to change the back tire, it was a struggle to do and it messed up the wiring... It's good but I might want to find something else to ride.
