I've really liked the safe has 2 entries. If you forget your pin number. It comes with 2 sets of keys, different sizes. So you can open the safe using both keys. At the same time, nice, sturdy and strong. What I don't like about it is. When you open up the door the inside little door part where you put little personal stuff in is plastic. So if there is a fire and it heats up inside the safe, I think that the plastic would probably melt onto your personal little items other than that, I would recommend I do like the safe. ... show more

Overall worth the money. Lock mechanism was a bit sticky until the door was opened for the first time. Programming instructions were obviously written by the Chinese not fluent in english but programming was relatively straightforward, though I have yet to program the clock. The is not a bank vault. A grinder with a cutting wheel would make very short work of getting into this thing. However as a lock box I love it . Bolted to a wall inside my closet this is a perfect safe to keep valuables out of sight and safely locked away from kids and the ex wife. It’s a simple metal box with a secure locking system. I would say there is no real protection for the safe contents from fire without added measures. I may buy another one smaller than 3 cuft for my daughter. ... show more

This unit is NOT waterproof, and I would guess it is not fireproof either as there is gaps in the edges between the door and safe body. The instructions indicate that you can use just the combination to open the safe, but that is not true you need to have the master key in the lock and then you can use the combination and between the two it will open. If you just use the combinations, it will not open the safe at all!!!!! As well, the safe indicated that it had a hidden bottom compartment that was lockable, the safe came with no such option. I contacted the site given on the instructions sheet around 2-weeks ago and have not heard a word from the company. Went back to amazon to try and contact the company and there is no information or way to contact the manufacturer. Only option is to return the safe, but it weighs around a 100 pounds so it is not easy to get it shipped back. So not sure if I will keep or return, what a pile of disappointment this safe is---do not buy this 7.2 cu.ft. safe!!!!!!!!!!! Amazon should be ashamed of selling this product on their site!!!!!!!!! ... show more

I was surprised when we first received this safe how lightweight it was. However, I have since been convinced of it's sturdiness, and it's ease of use. The safe was packed well and received no outward damage but the key holder on the inside was made of plastic and broken. The shelf was loose inside and caused a tear in fabric. Not as well made as I thought it would be. The locking systems work fine.

This safe is beautiful, i love. The hiding spot at the bottom. I didn't set this safe up for 6 months and started to get concerned about returning it if it was not sufficient.
