HOW TO START ? 1.Turn on the scooter, and check the power indicator. 2.Step on the deck with one foot, and slowly kick off the other. 3.When the scooter starts to cruise, put both feet on the deck and press the accelerator to engage the motor. PLEASE NOTE that the electric scooter must be moving at 1.86 mph(3 km/h) before the motor starts to engage.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the electric scooter, and I have been really impressed with its performance. As someone who commutes to work every day, I needed a scooter that was reliable, fast, and easy to use, and the scooter delivered on all fronts. First off, the scooter is incredibly easy to set up - I had it up and running within minutes of unboxing it. The controls are simple and intuitive, and the LCD display is easy to read and provides all the information I need while riding. The scooter itself is well-built and feels sturdy and durable. I was a little nervous about riding an electric scooter for the first time, but the scooter felt very stable and easy to maneuver, even at higher speeds. Speaking of speed, this scooter is fast! It has a top speed of 20mph, which is plenty fast enough for me to keep up with traffic on my commute. The battery life is also impressive - I can ride for 17.5 miles on a single charge, which is more than enough to get me to and from work without having to recharge. I've had this scooter for 6 months. The parking lot for my job is almost a half mile away from the building, so I got this to get back and forth. I have put approximately 120 miles on it so far. I keep it in my trunk when I'm not using it. Now that it's starting to get cold, I might have to keep it indoors as it seemed not so happy running near freezing temps. I'm definitely pushing the weight limit, but it doesn't seem to have a problem with the load. It has peppy acceleration and feels fast when you're riding - very fun! At first I didn't trust the brake, but have had to stop quickly a few times and it seems to work reasonably well. The ride is fairly bumpy as the tires are solid, but I got used to it quickly. The only time it's a problem is when I have a headache! I have only ever gone into the app a couple of times. There are a few settings you can change there, as well as a lock to prevent anyone else from turning it on. You don't need the app to ride. As far as battery life, I charge it about once a week while I'm at work but I usually have a couple of bars left. If the battery dies, it's kind of a pain. While you can ride it manually, it's pretty heavy and sluggish and frankly you might as well just walk it at that point. I can't comment on how far you can go on a charge because I've only used it for short distances. It's light enough to easily get into your trunk, but too heavy to carry around conveniently. Great value for the price, with a real range and speed performance of 15 miles and 18 mph, respectively. Similar performance would cost $200 to $300 more with other brands. With an advertised 500W motor, the scooter has a lot of pep. It accelerates fast when needed. The best part, though, is ride quality. Even though it lacks shock absorbers or springs, the 10” solid tires more than make up for it. The ride is smooth with very little bumpy sensation and vibrations. The brakes are pretty good with plenty of stopping power using the rear disc brake. Feeling the front tire brake engaging is harder to discern; I mostly depend on the rear disc brake. Both brakes are controlled by the hand lever—squeezing half way engages the front brake and all the way engages the rear brake. But compromises were made to achieve the low price. The app is very spartan, only providing basic controls such as the speed modes (1,2,3), 1 being the slowest, 3 the highest, and battery percentage and speedometer. The information is in different screens, not too intuitive to locate. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t allow you to select the charging battery capacity. I like to set it at 80% to prolong the battery life, but I don’t have that option with this unit. Moreover, the owner manual says that the battery cannot be at 0%; otherwise it will be damaged. As a result, the owner’s manual insists that the battery must be charged all the time. That’s a bit alarmist and not such an intelligent battery system, but for the price it’s a tradeoff, I suppose. The rubber flap for the power plug is flimsy. With multiple use, I can see it will tear off. I’d better be very careful with the flap. Lastly, the manufacturer has a limited track record in America, so they still need to prove their commitment to long-term support, parts availability, and customer satisfaction. Only time will tell. But with this excellent value, they have a good start. Update: after 2 yrs the scooter died with constant E3 error message popping up. It goes for a few seconds then shuts off, even though it shows 4 bars or more of power. I charge it again and shuts off again. Don’t buy it if you want something to last long. ... show more
