This is my second purchase of this hair dryer. I originally bought it back in 2019 after it was highly recommended. It worked perfectly for 5 years and just gave out on me. I decided to try a different brand and it didn’t compare. I immediately repurchased this one again. It’s quieter than most dryers, very durable and makes my hair shiny and smooth.     • A good option for me
First, here is a disclaimer: I'm not a hairdryer expert. I've use them seldom over the years and I often let my hair air-dry. I wanted to upgrade the very basic one I had been using sporadically for the past few years, looked at a few options and decided on this one. I'm sure there are plenty of other comparable options, but I'm happy with my purchase. First impressions: right out of the box, the hairdryer has a nice, professional design. It doesn't look cheap and seems rather sturdy. The color is nice, and I loved having several accessories included in the box. I also appreciate that it has a negative ion function - none of the hairdryers I had owned in the past had it but I had read about it and wanted to make sure my new dryer had this feature to prevent hair damage (this is one of the reasons I never used air dryers much in the past). I have a lot of undisciplined baby hair that drive me crazy because they are so unruly. I've only used my new hair dryer a few times, but love that the flyaways appear to be a lot more tame with it! I also appreciate that there are 3 heat settings, two speed levels that will help with styling, and a 'cold shot' function. I think it's clear by now that I'm not someone who's particularly fancy with her hair drying, but maybe in time I'll learn to make the most of all the functions! I have a head full of hair (though it is thinning a bit now) and I love how quickly this dries my hair. It's definitely powerful enough for my needs! Ergonomically speaking, it is not heavy and fits comfortably in my hand. This is the nice hair dryer I've owned, and it makes me want to blow-dry my hair more! My partner likes this brand/dryer a lot, and wanted a replacement for one that had a fried motor(?) on it, so I just got him this one again. It does the job and a proper job at drying, but it's very, very loud.

I've got fairly thick (yet fine) shoulder length hair. It has natural wave and tends to frizz if dried with too much heat. I use the diffuser & medium setting to encourage wave and to dry the hair closest to my scalp. I don't like leaving the house with that wet-head feeling. Overall drying time (ends are still a little bit damp) is 4-5 mins. The rest air-dries quickly. This is the best hair-dryer I've tried. It's quieter and lighter than expected. The multiple heat & air options mean I can dial it in to do exactly what I want, such as using a round brush to curl sections. This is not a travel model. It's too big to fit into luggage when all you're using is a carry-on. It's more of a checked luggage sized model. ... show more

    • Very, Very good hair dryer - Outstanding customer Service!
This dryer is an excellent dryer. I thought I have posted a review but fortunately I didn't, because now I can post my experience with the dryer and also with the customer service. Fist I will review the dyer. The dryer blue metallic matte finish is gorgeous. It's light weight and fast drying but the temperature doesn't damage my hair. The buttons/controls are easy to use and it has a very long cord. The performance of this hair dryer is as it was a super expensive professional one. The price is fair. Unfortunately, I am not sure why I started to hear a rattling sound and I was concerned it might stop working with some kind of electrical issue. I contacted the manufacturer and he immediately answered me wiht a kind note offering to replace the hair dryer. I received it within 3 days after I provided my address as he/she requested. AMAZING!...Sometimes we focus a lot on reviewing those features such as color, preformance etc, but in my opinion customer service is extremely important to me when it comes to recommend or purchase again any product.     • Pretty good but iffy power switch....

We have been using it for a little over a year and it mostly works as described but the power switch has become low or high only (no off) several months back. Even got a bit of smoke putting it into "off" position as I double checked for this review... Otherwise it is pretty decent hair dryer. "Low noise" is subjective as I don't recall and still don't see exact dB level listed. Coming from older hair dryers this was noticably less noisy. Let's say older ones on high hurted my ears and this didn't but you can definitely tell it is on or off. Drying speed was also faster than older ones. ... show more

I love this hair dryer because it is not as loud as many dryers, and it just feels smooth to the touch. It also does an excellent job drying my hair without being on a really hot setting. I definitely recommend it!
