I got this in 2022 and it stopped working in 2024 so they are right with their 2-year warranty lool! It worked well, but the place where we put the different heads had a part that broke at some point. Also it heats very fast and can feel hot. It also creates a smoke at some point when I was blow drying my hair. I have a 4c type so I don't know if it's because I spend more time blowdrying it.
