I love that it dries my hair quickly, I have fine hair and it doesn’t make any static electricity. It said it was a quiet model but it’s still loud. Only has 3 levels. There is a high blowing cold air function, a low warm air function and a high blowing hot function. It also has a mini cold air button on the handle if you want a cool burst. Powerful! I was surprised at the power this little guy has. It didn't feel too hot (some dryers are so hot they seem more damaging than anything) and it is nice and compact. I'm used to professional hair dryers that can really blow, and this matched them 100%. Excellent value for the price!!!! The color (gray and pink) is perfect. I absolutely love the color combination. I purchased this dryer last year and loved it. It works great for drying my long hair and I love that it's not super hot air. Plus is the perfect size for traveling. Just this month I had a problem with it not working. I reached out to the company and have been simply AMAZING. They communicated back in a timely manner and replaced the dryer with a new one. I had a blow dryer from the 90’s and decided to upgrade. This is a powerful one. It really shocked me at first bc when you turn it on it’s loud and blew almost everything off the counter. But it’s good though, it just took getting used to. Makes my hair come out soft and actually pretty! I like to spike up my hair on the top and sides then use a flat iron to make it stay in place.
