Wide enough and long enough to use for long workout if want to. Very quiet doesn't interfere with tv in next room. Nice place for phone, cup and TV remote while exercising. Easy adjustment should tread pad need to be shifted back right or left. Automatic incline changes very convenient. Easily moves to wherever it needs to be set up. Cup holder large enough for big water bottle. Time distance heart rate all very accurate. Great product for anyone under 6' 3" less than 250 lbs. Some minor issues at setup like two screws for cup holder not large enough, had to use larger diameter ones. One screw hole not tapped fully so screw would not seat fully on main support arm. This is a great product for me. No more knee aches and I feel like it pushes me harder than my last treadmill. The incline is great and I didn't know until the first use that it had Bluetooth. It is compact but was super easy to put together (It was practically put together when it arrived)

The good. It arrived 3 days early. Assembly was easy enough. It worked. The bad. Idk if this was a return or what. But it was in a random box and hardware was in a glad ziplock bag. A mix of tissue paper packing paper and bubble wrap scattered in box. The item after assembly has gouges in the console and scuffs and dents on some of the trim pieces. While testing the speed the increase button on right handle got stuck and caused it to max out. Probably something to watch out for. ... show more

Wow! 5 star for customer service. Lucy is top notch! She immediately contacted me with my concern. See below original review. She provided suggestions for a better workout. She even took a video on how to adjust my wheels for a greater incline. Her response was super quick and her knowledge on how to help was terrific. Original comment…. Compact for small space is nice but it is really for people under 5’2. The deck is too short for my longer strides I’m 5’6 the handles and screen are way to low. . The incline is more like a 5 and there is no deck shock absorption. Would attempt to return it but due to space my husband already disposed of the original packaging which is needed to make the return. ... show more

For context I have been active my whole life up until a last year when life events caused me to neglect cardio. I’m talking 10+ years of gyms, cross country, weights, sports, etc. In other words I know my way around equipment and what is right for me. I have been looking for a simple treadmill just for incline walking and decent speed. When I found this and read the reviews I thought I found something a good mix between quality and affordability. It arrived in good condition, although the box had a few dents a holes, but the actual treadmill looked fine after opening. However I immediately noticed the belt had wear on the right side, and there was chipping under the belt on the left side. This was odd as the packaging appears to be sealed properly and no other signs of prior use. Despite this I assembled it (which was easy) and did a simple 30 min speed walk at max incline. The first 25 min was fine, but then it started skipping consistently. Before my next workout I made sure the belt was adjusted and there was no loose debris. Sure enough the same workout was fine until the end, but this time the damaged belt started to catch on the right side causing horrible slipping, I almost fell off! I tried a third time walking at a fast pace but no incline. This time the belt completely stopped once I stepped on it. I decided that was enough and started the return process. I hope for the sake of other this was isolated and there aren’t more like it, as a slipping belt is dangerous if you are running. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I live in Florida and it gets awfully hot. When it’s too hot outside, I get my workout done “under air” 😃. It’s not long enough, IMO to run on, but you can get a good speed walk or jog and the incline makes it more challenging. I love the folding feature, light weight design and mobility of the treadmill. You can easily fold and roll it around if you need to move it. It’s very quiet and you get a lot of features for the price. It runs great. The heart monitor is not very accurate but not important to me. ... show more
