Have watched a program while plugged in and the icon shows the item as charging. However, my percentage charged decreases. Only hit 2% charge after 20 minutes of charging without a program. Just seems slow.

I plugged this into my Kindle Oasis and let it charge. The charge never did get to 100%, but close to 95%. I'm not sure if it's the cord or my Kindle. I can't test it with my old charger as it had split in a few places. It did charge fairly quickly, but still not to 100%.
