Over a year now, I have very little to complain about. I had issues with my remote but they were kind enough to ship another out even though my one year warranty had ended. This is a strip that has 2 rolls that connect at 1 point for power. That wasn't a problem for me I just sent both strips in opposite directions and it fit my room with some left over even. The adhesion hasn't failed me yet. It's very strong and wont fall off on its own provided there is no dust on application and it's put on well. The job to light my room is fine, even though some lights are slightly off color. The light quality isn't effected, its only if you look directly at the LEDS. I don't care that much to be honest and it's honestly not a problem. On older models, without the remote you can't link your wifi. Therefore you can't use your lights with the app wirelessly. I had this issue, the remote broke when changing batteries so that's where Cozylady sent me a replacement remote along with a new model of the wifi module (left on image). The new module comes with a wifi reset button which helps resolve this issue of no remote. I don't foresee this happening again. My only gripe easily resolved. ... show more

These lights are awesome, bought them two years ago and they work just as well as they did on day one. They look very good and they come with a lot of different settings and features which has always been cool. In addition to this, their customer service is awesome, I accidentally broke my remote and reached out and they sent me a new one for free! The red LED lights appear so weak. The attached photo is what happened when I said “Alexa, make tv backlight hot pink.” The green and blue lights are strong and overpower the red. Also the adhesive didn’t work well for me and I had to reinforce it because it kept falling off.

My roommate stated that he hates these things and thats its a weird fad when I first told him that I had bought it. Oh well. So I had him help me put it up anyway in the living room. Once it was connected to our phones and hung up, he quickly changed his mind and loves to change it and play with the different modes lol. The cons: the things it came with to put on the wall; there were only 5 and they didnt hold well and wasn't flush with the ceiling corner. Luckily, I had some double sided stuff on hand and used that and it looks great now. The remote. We can't get it to work at all. Tried all the tricks. Nothing. In the picture you can see two spots on the strip changed color. They appear red when the lights are set to purple and green when the lights are set to blue....etc. Not sure what happened, but a bit odd. They do work well with the Alexa app and voice control so I'm happy with that aspect. You can cut them and the piece still attached to the plug will work but they aren't marked very obviously on where to cut so I would suggest cutting long and figuring out where you can cut. ... show more
