Within the first few days of receiving the product, I noticed a significant issue with the dialing system. Regrettably, the safe has become increasingly challenging to open, forcing us to resort to using a flathead screwdriver each time. This inconvenience is unacceptable. I expected a reliable and functional product, but the current situation is far from satisfactory. This also poses as a potential injury to one of my employees. Even though the description states that the safe is fireproof it is only sheet steel thick and the door nor the inside is lined with fireboard. It doesn't have a fireproof door seal either. It's not a bad safe for the money. I will however have to line the safe and install a fireproof door seal in order to make it actually fireproof. I find the description to be an outright lie. I wouldn't have known that it wasn't fireproof if I didn't already have one that is actually fireproof. I only rated it 3 stars only because it isn't fireproof as stated in the description. ... show more
