My kids got small rc trucks for Christmas so I wanted a smaller truck to drive with them. When I received the truck I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome and well built it looked. The aluminum chassis and shock towers look great and are very durable! The truck is very fast, faster than my 4x4 slash on 2s. I was incredibly surprised how well the truck jumps and handles right out of the box. I had a few screws come loose and fall out which made the truck unusable until they were replaced. Car is actually pretty fast was actually surprised by that cuz normally they claim they are then aren’t but I purchased this and was playing with it and the four wheel drive broke contacted them and they sent me a replacement so with that being said I will give them the five stars they deserve it’s worth what they are asking for what it is the car is pretty decent and heavy for how small it is would recommend this product. ... show more

This RC car is not a sturdy option. My son bought with his Christmas money and the remote didn’t work properly. The first time he took it out one of the wheels broke off. Would not recommend this RC car. It goes very fast but is also fragile.

Love this little truck! Fast, big air and fairly durable. That said we ordered 2. Both arrived very fast and in excellent condition. However during our first battery pack 1 of the units started smoking very badly from the ESC. Return and replacement went quick and smoothly through Amazon. Replacement car on first outing broke a drive shaft. Rlaarlo customer support is excellent and sending us a free replacement. The other car has had zero issues. Overall great fun, the flaws are minor setbacks to how many smiles we get from them! We do keep our speed knob set to 75% unless doing speed runs. It is quite hard to control at full throttle! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Fast and Mean! 4.7 stars hands down. Incredible build durable and a little heavy I m o. Reverse is a little weak but forward and turning is very good. I’ve paid more for a car and got much less value. I couldn’t be more happier and neither can my dog who chases it daily on turf. I’m only running it 25% power in the video. This thing flips a little too easy so you must be easy on trigger ... show more

This RC truck is very fast and fun to drive, but not as durable as I would have thought. Pros: Drives fast and straight, and I enjoyed the light bar when using at dusk. You can get parts directly through the manufacturer, but paying shipping costs that are as much as the part is not fun. Cons: Given the marketing on this truck it's touted as very tough. My first time driving it, probably 10 minutes worth I brought it inside only to find the rubber that holds the R clips in the front to have ripped off. No big deal I thought, I can live without it attached to the body. By the third time using it the light bar was falling out, I had to put it back in place and tried to glue it down so it would stay. One day I took it to a dirt bike track, and flew it off some jumps. Afterwards I found both of the frames that hold the shocks and body mounts got bent. This also broke the body shell as the back mount moved enough to rip the "cargo box" that holds the frame mounts. I was able to take it apart and bend the frame parts back to a point that was good enough to run again. Lastly, with probably less than 10 times using the truck, my son accidentally hit the tire of my car and it broke the front steering hub. This was unrepairable by me and had to order parts to fix. I bought this to have fun playing with my kids when they are using theirs. I'm no professional RC driver and maybe that's the problem, but I didn't expect this many things to go wrong so quickly. My sons $50 Deerrc truck has been treated way worse for far longer and withstood the beatings, so I expected this to not be so fragile. ... show more

First delivery appeared to be a used car, repackaged and sent to me. It had a broken shock & the battery was missing. A new car was sent overnight & everything was as it should have been. Very satisfied.
