First I will start by saying this product worked fine, did the job. My problem is that it came already used. This page did not say I was purchasing a used iron for $50. They could have atleast cleaned it. 4 stars from me because the iron did what it was supposed to do, it was well packaged and the instruction manual was there. It would have been a 5 star but old carpet was still stuck to the bottom. 🙄 ... show more

I know little about these things, but bought it for gluing carpet seams for patch where walls were removed. I only know it worked perfectly and I'd definitely buy again!
