I purchased this about 6 months ago, and have used it extensively cleaning all of my carpets. It works great and does get most of the water out of the carpet. I really like the fact the carpet rollers can be easily removed for cleaning. The cleaning reservoir has measuring lines for water and solution. It does not heat the water, you just use hot water to clean, and the waste tank fills rapidly and needs to be emptied about three times for every full cleaning reservoir. I loved the lightweight of the cleaner, gave me a great clean, so much easier to fill and empty. The actual cleaning of the machine was easier too do. The length of the cord was very adequate and the cost for the good job was well worth it.

Way better cleaner than my older, previous Bissell model, carpet stains are gone quicker and only need 1 or 2 passes. However, because I feel more water is pushed through the machine, it takes longer for the carpet to dry. Just have to plan ahead.

Replaced my old, leaky Hoover carpet cleaner with this Bissell machine. Love it!! Easy to fill and empty, works wonderfully and clean up after use is easy!! Love the steam feature and the heavy duty cleaning power. My carpets and area rugs all look and smell wonderful!! I had one of these 20 years ago and loved it but this one is even better. Have owned and used carpet cleaning machines for over 20 years. This machine hands down is the best do it yourself machine ever. Easy to use, super strong suction to remove all water and dry carpet fast. Add to it breaking down the machine to thoroughly clean was easy. Very pleased.

Cleans well with strong suction. The dirty water tank is a fairly good size, I don’t feel like I have to empty it too often. Taking the machine apart to clean is easy. I’ve used a Hoover shampooer and many store rentals, and this is by far my favorite. The Hoover and rentals often left too much water in the carpet and extended dry time. This machine dries quickly with the regular cleaning mode and even faster with the express mode.
