I desperately needed to clean the carpet in my one-bedroom apartment (3 cats and a lot of visitors). I owned the Bissell spot cleaner and love it, but obviosuly it’s not meant for doing a large areas and there was no way I was going to get on the ground and slowly do a tiny section at a time. I looked into renting an industrial carpet cleaner from a store, but it’s expensive, I didn’t like the idea that they’ve been used by other people and potentially not cleaned thoroughly, and they’re huge. So I looked for something that was a decent size but not so big my 5’ body couldn’t carry myself. After doing a significant amount of research and comparing, I landed on this one that ticked off most of my boxes. It’s light, same size as my vacuum, easy to clean, efficient, and it sucks up enough water that the carpet doesn’t stay soaked for days (maybe a few hours or overnight). My only qualm is that the clean tank and dirty tank are small, but this also means they’re easy to empty and fill back up; just means doing it two or 3 times to clean a whole room. They’re also clear so you can easily tell when it’s time to replace. I really like the handle on the dirty tank too! No dripping either. Worth every penny! ... show more

Ok here goes. This carpet is around 25 yrs old. 5 kids running around on it. As you can see in the pictures the carpet cleaned nicely. The carpet cleaner is easy to use,and It is light weight.Now the down side.... It only holds 1 min and 20 seconds of water ,and carpet cleaner if you hold the trigger down to shampoo constantly. So you are having to refill constantly. The dirty water collection tank is Deceiving. It has a low line just above the clamps before you have to drain it. For smaller areas worth every penny. Larger areas works good ,but you will be emptying ,and filling constantly. ... show more

My dog has been having issues peeing in the house due to an infection. I called my favorite carpet cleaner to come out and clean my carpets and was sorely disappointed. For the same amount, I bought my own carpet cleaner with tools on board and the cleaner to go in it! Now, I can use it anytime for any mess! Not only are my carpets cleaner when I do it than hiring a commercial cleaner, it’s easy to use for spot cleaning, furniture, and hard to reach places. It assembles in about 1 minute and is so easy to use. I love the smell of the dog odor eliminating cleaner because it is fresh, truly neutralizes order, and isn’t overpowering. I’ve been using my Bissell carpet cleaner for a few weeks now and it is durable, no bigger than a vacuum, and works well. It is so easy and convenient to set up, and I have removed so much clutter from my nightstand by eliminating multiple cords. I especially like the clear acrylic pad for thee phone as it lights up white when not in use, then turns blue when in use. Also, the light can be easily turned off if you prefer. I highly recommend this item!

Honestly a really decent carpet cleaner for the price! I have a dog that has frequent accidents in the house because she refuses to go outside when it’s cold🤦🏻♀️. It was easy to put together, the dirty tank is easy to clean and it does a really good job getting up all the dirt and grime! If you have a lot of dog hair on the carpet, it will pill into little balls that you have to pick up, but that’s more on my vacuuming frequency and not the cleaner.     • Lives up to its name & seal the drain in tank!

Note 1/9/2025: to those who say water will not go into the recovery tank - you have not seated the rubber drain port in the top all the way down. If this is not sealed, it will not pull water up! So far it is living up to its Bissell name and seems well made. I have an older orange and black Bissell Revolution pet carpet cleaner which weighs around 21lbs. This new one looks like a slimmed down version of the same, is 12 lbs, and works much like the old one. I have back issues and cannot handle the weight of my older one so I am giving it to my son - I have had it for years and not long ago was able to get a new water tank for it still. This new green one is much lighter, but still cleans well. I was able to clean a section of my living room today. It did not overwet the carpet and cleaned well and dried well - actually faster than my older one does. Nothing leaks at all, no issues. I love the new front cover design that now pops off for cleaning vs the older model that you to use a plastic tool to pull clumps of cat hair out of! I do wish this one still had attachments, but so far I love that I can at least do some cleaning with it. ... show more
