Description

Introduced in 1982 to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Zippo, the Brass lighters continue to be one of Zippo's most popular lighter collections with a wide array of styles, sizes, and designs to choose from. The following finishes are included in this collection; Brushed Brass, High Polish Brass, Herringbone Sweep, Diagonal Weave, Gold Dust, and Venetian. Each lighter has a distinctive pattern, bottom stamp signifying the year it was made in, is refillable, and is backed by Zippo's famous lifetime guarantee. All windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory and come packaged in a gift box.

I’ve had literally hundreds of Zippos over the years, most were given away to make room for more, managed to misplace the last one I’d had left, so I ordered this one to replace it. It performs exactly as expected, the case and spring are solid and well-fitting without making it too challenging to get the insert out for filling/maintenance, took a bit to break in the flint as usual, but it works exactly as a Zippo should. Fantastic value even without the sale price and it looks gorgeous with the street-finish brass and feels great in the hand. im honestly to lazy to bust my camera out for it but the flame is quite long for anyone who wants to know and ofc the pristine quality of the zippo brand is carried nicely. The lighter is functional, pretty, and most of all just feels real damn nice to use!

Everyone needs at least one chrome and one brass Zippo in their collection of lighters. Personally, I think the Brass ages so well compared to chrome, I really dig the look of these. Will be looking towards getting more in the future!

I bought a brass armor zippo and it seems to be a working zippo. However when I opened the box I can immediately see a couple scratches across the brushed surface. Not a big deal but definitely noticable. The gap between the case and the cap is larger than every other zippo I own. I can see the insert through the gap at all times. It is larger towards the hinge and only touches at the far end. Looks like they spot welded the cap in the wrong place because there is also a large gap above the hinge. The insert seems to shift very easily as though it's loose. I tried an insert from an older zippo I own and it was so loose it would fall out if tipped over while the cap is open. Overall not quite the quality I'd expect from zippo but certainly a functional lighter. I am concerned the large gaps will allow an unreasonable amount of fuel to evaporate. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It is awesome but about 40% of the reviews state it does not work straight out of the box, that is because you have to put the fuel in yourself! Do the research! 100% worth it. Well built. And distinct click. Easy to use. Flame will be big at first but let it sit for 30-45 secs running and it will tame down for future uses. Fuel will also evaporate, so make sure to only fill up with what you are going to use! 5 seconds is sufficient for most. ... show more
