What did I like the first time I clicked the trigger they turned on and I saw a blue butane flame. What I disliked was two of them only did that about five times before never doing it again not so slowly but surely the other three went two days later another one a week later and the last one I'll let someone use and they walked away with it so hey maybe we're at 1 for 5, but either way, I don't like those odds. In short, these torches are extremely terrible and built like like my toddler niece never attempted to before and her quarter for the day was 200. If you couldn't tell don't buy them.     • Day one nice little torches all function properly.
5 pack for $14 nice little plastic small-flame torches with piezo, flame lock and adjustment that so far actually does adjust the flame size from small to significantly smaller. For me the problem is usually that the flame is bigger than I would like and if you the adjustment slide had any function at all it would be completely useless within a few uses. This one may very well fail sometime soon but with the already very small flame I'll be happy enough if it keeps working for a couple months or so. For now at least they're excellent. They come with a little silicon base for stability which is pretty cool also. So far it's a great deal. Avoid if you need a bigger hotter flame. Definitely not for brazing or for charring food but great for soldiering. ... show more

I filled all lighters when I got them to test them out. All worked fine. Next day, one was empty. It appears to have a leak in its butane tank. Oh well, for the price, it’s still a great deal.

Use these around my shop all the time. They are not filled so you will need to purchase some butane as well to go with. They seem to hold up well.

After filling with butane only 2 of the lighters worked properly. The none working lighters had so little gas flow they would not light. Fixed them by taking them apart and readjusting the + - valve to get more gas flow.
