This lighter, not torch, is cheaply made, and doesn’t work. I tried all their little tricks and it still doesn’t work. Also, they sent me the wrong color. When I spoke to customer service they told me that they have to receive the item back before issuing a refund that will take 14 to 30 days after receiving it to get a refund. The torch doesn't even light! Hypothetically speaking, the item only has 2 jobs; making a standard soft flame (lighter), and making a jet flame (torch). THAT IS THE WHOLE APPEAL IT THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT AND WHAT SEPARATES IT FROM OTHER OPTIONS! When HALF of it's purpose Is defective, it's pointless not to just return it and buy a lighter and a torch separately, which I can do for as much as this item cost! ... show more

You get to play with a wheel to release the gas like it's a slot machine in a cheap casino. And guess what? The real gamble here is whether you'll end up gassing your pocket or not.
