These are pretty cool. I only have them a short while but I am enjoying using them. I used one to light some paper to build a fire in my fireplace and noticed the paper caught on fire instantly and easily. I use to use a regular Zippo candle style which is just a flame. This is like a strong blast of concentrated flame which I assume is much hotter than the Zippo . It's like a small blow torch. ... show more

Arrived on time. Appears to be made with quality materials, and has some weight on it, so it feels more expensive than it was. Both the black and brown are really nice looking. It holds alot more fuel than u would think and filled easily. The flame adjustment wheel is definitely more convenient than having to find a screwdriver to adjust others for sure but it is very sensitive. The only thing I don’t really like is having to push the igniter switch UP instead of down like most I’ve used. If I have to hold it up for a longer time like lightning a stubborn incense, it is uncomfortable because it takes a little force to push it up then hang on to it. But other than that, it does the job and looks good doing it ... show more

It easy to use, you can adjust the flame but even on the shortest setting it is still pretty big. I was expecting it to be the size of a pen but it is twice that, which isn’t a bad thing it is still portable but isn’t as hard to lose. The reason I got it is so that we wouldn’t use and dispose of so many disposable lighters. It seems more sustainable to me, but that is only considering the plastic waste. I don’t know how much it hurts the earth during production but I am happy using less plastic as I am trying to go mostly plastic-free. It works well with a bowl but that is also where I complain about the long flame. It still is worth it though, just be careful. ... show more

These torch lighters look and feel nice; The finish looks nice and has no blemishes, the slide button was smooth and relatively easy, and a viewing window for the gas is always good. The flame adjustment isn't the best, but it isn't bad. I just don't like the flip-down "handle" for the flame adjustment knob. The flame has a wide range of adjustments compared to a lot of torches, which is nice. However, the piezo wire that ignites the flame was not adjusted well by the factory for either of them. Both would light maybe %25 of the time and required me to adjust the wire myself. Now they light maybe 80% of the time. Additionally, a bent piece of metal about 1" x 1/8" fell out of the end for both of them. No idea what it was for, but it didn't seem to change anything. Overall, id buy something else, but they're not bad for less than $5 each. ... show more

I have bought several of these two packs. They work really well, and I wind up giving them to friends and ordering more. You can use them for all those things you would use a lighter for, you can use them for small project soldering, and even for Creme Brulee.

The lighter as in both have not worked properly from the start. When trying to adjust they are all over the map. Six plus attempts to lite , then only stays lit a few seconds. Very very disappointed.

These are my favorite lighters. I use them so regularly. I keep one on me at all times they’re easy to refill easy to use. The quality is top-tier and for the money you honestly should get only one. I was surprised to get a two pack.
