My boyfriend absolutely loved this torch. He has some sort of addiction to buying torches cause he's always looking for the perfect one. This one took the cake. The blue LED light when using the lighter really stood out. It wasn't expected to add so much to the aesthetic but it did. The flame itself is blue(his fave) and is a perfect size for things that don't require big flames. Fits in the hand easy and does not use up a lot of butane. On top of that, the design is beautful. They proportioned the body nicely and the silver on it is ust sharp. This is a must buy y'all. Gone ahead and add it to ya collection. :) ... show more

    • Yup - this thing DOESN'T work.
I thought it was nice looking, and even asked my wife if she thought it looked sexist. She said, "of course not! Go ahead and get it if you like it!" I wish she had found it to be unacceptable - because it does NOT WORK, as many other reviewers have noted here. I've used all sorts of lighters over - literally: decades. I'm a dedicated pipe man, and wanted to get a new refillable butane lighter, and this one seemed to fit the bill. Sure - looks nice, and the blue glow when the striker is deployed is a nice touch but: it does not work. I've filled and refilled it - blown off or released the gas to empty the tank before refilling, let it settle, have adjusted the flame control in EVERY possible manner from high to low and - nothing. Maddening, and will return it. Would like to charge the seller for all the butane I've gone through in experimenting with this thing....as well as billing them for the waste of my scarce time. DO NOT BUY - strictly a scam product. ... show more

This is definitely good for a gift and for the value but not for every day long use. I got this and it worked great for the first month but then started to stop working so well and then eventually just quit working but I knew it was novelty enough for every day use

This is great it feels well it lasts quite a while on Phil it's slick it's smooth it's got some weight to it lots of metal parts but unfortunately the second time it hits the ground it just breaks in the million pieces it's unfortunate but still worth the price

Pros: small and portable Cons: small fuel capacity Original: I guess I got what I paid for. It came out of the package looking well enough. Filled it with some liquid butane, waited 3 mins per instructions, and tried to light it. Wouldn't light for anything. Turned the flame size up a little and it will light every 2-3 attempts now. Empties to quickly though, and fine tuning the 'flame size' hasn't helped. I think it's cool for home use but I wouldn't rely on it if I was going out. Going to invest in something else most likely. Update: seller sent me another of the same and this one works much better. Fuel capacity still leaves me wanting, but the product is much better the 2nd time. Updating review from 2 to 5 stars for great customer service and a properly working product. I might get one from a smoke shop with a better fuel capacity and use this one less frequently to preserve it based on other customer's feedback as well though. ... show more

I really like this lighter except if you drop it the fuel tank will eventually crack. I super glued mine and it still leaks I guess I will try a different type of glue.
