Just got this lighter a couple days ago and I already ordered myself another one. This time I got the deluxe edition with the extendable node and flashlight and whistle and shoe horn. Same shape but about twice the size. I love them both. I haven’t used my Bic since I got it. Very nifty gadget that works very well. No problems so far. Works in heavy wind and rain, I tested it. I hope they last a long time. They seem to be made of quality materials but time will tell. Well worth the money I spent so far. Small one was $8 and large was $17. I would highly recommend this lighter if you smoke or if you like to go camping or charcoal bbqing. Great product! LC Fun! ... show more

My husband is impossible to buy for. He's a smoker and always comments on how if it's windy or raining out he can take a smoke break at work. I got this lighter as a stocking suffer (he found it so he got it early) and he absolutely loves it! Works in the wind and rain. Also comes charged so could use it right out the package. Easy to charge, easy to use. He even lit a bonfire with it the other night so it works in all sorts of things. I highly recommend this for smokers, but also as a camping necessity. Definitely ordering the 2 pack next time. Great inexpensive gift for the guy that is impossible to buy for. Also, on another note, this is fairly safe. The button to light it is in a place that a kid wouldn't accidently hit it if they picked it up. We have kids so this was something important but wasn't really advertised, so I wanted to throw it out there. ... show more

This arc lighter is an excellent buy. Especially for the price paid!! Excellent STRONG spark you do not need to hold item to be lit against the electrodes. Water resistant design. Includes a lanyard you can wear around the neck or tie to belt preventing loss of lighter. Clasp locks nice and tight.The only reason why I give it 4 stars is due to the position of the charging port. Other lighters have the charge port on the bottom and a lit switch which this unit does not contain which may pose a hazard so keep it in mind.This port position is clearly depicted in the ad. Works much better than my atomic lighter. This lighter would be an excellent addition to your camping or outdoors gear. Would recommend!!! ... show more

Normally I prefer butane-based windproof lighters with an actual flame. But this style is a nice alternative. Instead of a single arc, there are crisscrossing arcs of plasma. It is a small but very hot spot, waterproof, and rechargeable. The lanyard and whistle are nice additions though I'd upgrade the whistle. Black is sleek and innocuous. ... show more

I picked up the LcFun Waterproof Lighter Outdoor Windproof Lighter Dual Arc Lighter Electric Lighters on Amazon's Lightning Deals and I have to say, it's a great little lighter. It works well for lighting my cigars on the occasions when I smoke them. While it may not be as powerful as a torch, it definitely gets the job done in a pinch. I really appreciate the ability to recharge this lighter - it's so much more convenient than dealing with butane. Plus, it's waterproof, which is always a bonus. The dual arc feature is also a nice touch, as it makes it easier to light things in windy conditions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this lighter to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient option for lighting cigars (or anything else).
