  • If you use a chair, this will help you
(I’m a T12 para) This book has helped me more than any other resource. He explains with pics in depth the exercises, how to use proper form. • Zero assistance and no limitations
If you're a trainer who works (or would like) to work with wheelchair bound individuals I highly, highly, highly recommend picking this up. There are very few trainers out there who approach training in a wheelchair or any other "atypical" situation, not as a limitation, but a different context.
